Stayed Mar 31, 2021The condo was quiet as it is an end unit. We had no trouble with the stairs, but it may not be a good place for older people who have difficulty managing the steps to get to the bedroom or bathroom.

Stayed Nov 26, 2020I loved my stay at the Fox Hotel & Suites. Everything was amazing: room, food, hot pools. The employees were super helpful as well. And the free shuttle to Sunshine and Lake Louise is situated right in front of the main lobby. I would come back anytime.

Stayed Jan 27, 2025Really nice place. Very clean and well kept. Nicer than average hotel with a very reasonable price. The hot pools are definitely a highlight. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The transit pass included with the booking was a nice touch, as downtown Banff is just a few minutes away.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024The condo is really a hotel room on 2 floors and was smaller than expected but worked well for our stay. The kitchenette is tiny and only has a microwave, fridge, sink, toaster, and coffee maker - no range or pots/pans to do any cooking. The parking situation is really difficult on the crowded nights - tiny spots and hardly any available to fit into. We were forced to park on street one night. The “grotto” is just a fancy hot tubs and sauna with fake rocks - lots of people using them, very sudsy water, and the jets weren’t working a couple of the days. The location and convenience to town make up for most of the other less than perfect concerns. All in all a great place to stay!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The front desk staff were great and the suite itself was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job of stopping by each day. The air-conditioning is for the upstairs and did not cool the downstairs bedroom which was unexpected. There are stairs in the photos; however, I did not anticipate having to carry luggage up to the front door and then down stairs to the bedroom. Someone from the front desk did assist us once we requested help.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Property is perfectly located, only a 10 min walk to Banff center and all the shops/restaurants/bars. It’s a pleasant walk with scenery all around, but you also get a transit pass upon check-in that gives limited free travel in town, and the bus stop is right outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful, convenient parking right outside our unit. Property was as described, clean, and comfortable. This was a great base for our weekend in Banff, would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 2, 2024Walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown. Hot tub was very serene. The grotto setting was lovely and felt like we were truly in a cave. Parking can be a nightmare. We had returned to the hotel around 9 pm on Saturday evening to find he underground garage was completely full. There is no overflow parking. You can park for free on the street. We had to park a few blocks away that evening.
