Cozy New Braunfels Condo w/ Community Pool & Grill

Central location in Gruene was almost next to none. Easy, easy walking distance to everything. Food, entertainment, lots of live music everywhere and less than a quarter of a mile to famous Gruen Hall.

We took my mom to Gruene/New Braunfels for her first time. This location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. My mom had a really good time. We would absolutely stay here again.

The check in was easy. Tim was quick to respond and very helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Close to everything. Will stay here again.

We met the owners of the condo and they are very welcoming. The condo itself is very nice with a great view. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay wit this host.

Very nice and clean! Nice to have a small kitchen. The pool at the Village was fun and of course, access to the river was great! It was an easy walk to all things in Gruene and a quick walk over to Gruene Hall. The check in process was smooth and easy communication with the host! We will definitely be back!

Nice condo within walking distance of shopping, dining and fun. It had a very comfortable feel.

This property was perfect for our girls trip! Convenient to shopping, restaurants and the market. Has a nice balcony with seating, in unit laundry, an assigned parking place and the complex has a pool. We found storage in the secondary bedrooms and bathrooms to be lacking, but an over the door towel rack would help with that. We will definitely book here again!

A nice place to stay and be in walking distance to most things in Gruene. Plenty of room and nice to have the kitchen and living area. We have stayed in the Villages of Gruene 4 or 5 times now and will keep coming back.

We had a blast swimming in the river, walking around town. Very close the Gruene Hall!

Everything was great. If thrre is 1 thing that I would like to have is live cable tv. Nice to watch playoff games during this time of year

We were 2 couple in town for a Gruene Hall show. Condo was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and location was fantastic. Parked cars and didn’t use them again until we left. Would absolutely stay here again if I am back in Gruene overnight.

We came to Texas for a wedding. We were so surprised when we arrived at our place in the small town of Gruene. What a fun place and the accommodations were amazing too. Our deck/patio overlooked the river. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Thanks so much. We would love to come back.

We selected this stay because we could walk to Gruene Hall. We purchased tix to see Lyle Lovett many months ago and were somewhat concerned about weather. Never dreamed it would be sunshine and 80 degrees! This location was great! We didn’t have to worry about parking which was perfect since everybody in Texas came to Gruene this weekend! The space was as described, clean, no issues at all. Thank you!

Loved the location, the place is super clean, very nicely decorated and spacious. Super easy and accessible to check in and check out. Great parking and 3 min walking distance from everything. Also, has a nice, tranquil walkway down to the river. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at this complex before. This unit is excellent. Great location, view, clean and shiny!

Property is in an ideal location to enjoy downtown Greune. Home is comfortable with ample space and everything we needed for our family of 3. Hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. Loved seeing the river right from the living room!

We got locked out. The hardware on the door was old and failed. We had to wait for the owner to show up. He could not open immediately. The video streaming had a glitch. We were told that a refund was being discussed. It never came.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was super clean the beds were comfortable. The house had everything you needed. Location was absolutely perfect and loved being right on the Guadalupe.
