Stayed Jun 21, 2025Very clean and very close and convenient to beach. Nicely renovated and nice little oceanfront pool for the kids. Seth is super responsive and helpful. Would stay again if at Garden City. Only downside, though not Seth's fault, is only umbrellas are allowed on beach. Not even small tent for kids allowed. Just an fyi

Stayed Sep 8, 2024The owner, Seth, was a gracious host and very responsive! Unit was spacious and clean. Washer & dryer came in handy. There was everything we needed for our stay; we didn’t need to worry about dish soap, detergent, trash bags, etc. We will be back!

Stayed Aug 29, 2024My family and I enjoyed this stay so much! Easy access to beach and pool. We don’t live close by and don’t have a ton of storage where we do live, so having to get all of the beach supplies would be difficult. There is a storage space downstairs next to the parking, right next to the beach with chairs, umbrellas, and toys which was perfect for us! I was traveling with my partner and our 3 kids aged 12, 8, and 5 and the space fit us perfectly! Fully stocked kitchen, a table that sits 6 to eat at as well as play games. Several family style restaurants (Bubbas is really good and reasonably priced for everything you get and right in the middle of 4 other restaurants) about 5-10 minute drive down the way as well as arcades (GiGi’s has really good food), shops, bars and a pier all with in walking distance. Seth was very communicative and helpful with anything and everything needed! Highly recommend.
