Cozy home away from home just minutes from the Beach

The place is ok and convenient. Although, it is not My favorites. one view of the window is on the parking and garbage and the other is between two buildings. The pans to cook are rusted. The bathroom door does not close. The only avantage is that it is 5 min to the beach. The owner was not flexible for any refund. I had to drive in the Debby hurricane to arrived and stay in the rain during my time there.

The condo was nicely setup and provided a great atmosphere within. However, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the condo when we got there and that was unexpected. We also had teens smoking marijuana right outside as well. We were not very impressed overall.

Fantastic B and B. Clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. Reserved parking extra nice. Great host.

We stayed over a long weekend and found this home to be clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We walked everywhere with no trouble and left our vehicle parked in the designated spot, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the shower was great. Communication and check in/check out was clear and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Well appointed, charming apartment, very close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. Charles was very quick to help with a minor wifi issue. We had our own, marked parking spot. The lot is tight, so we don't recommend taking a big vehicle.

Great location

Had a great stay with Charles. The property was extremely clean and organized. Charles was very attentive and quick to respond when we had any questions.1st floor entrance made it easy to get in and out of the building. The kitchen is small but very well stocked with cooking tools and utensils. Even though the location is just off the boardwalk, it was very quiet. Definitely recommend Charles' spot for a small family looking to get close to the beach without the beach noise and clutter.

This location was great and out host was very accomodating . Very clean and quiet. I would recommend this to family and friends.

First time being at Virginia beach we had a very good experience,nice place to stay very close to everything..... We had the opportunity to walk around to explore the place. Charles is a very good host .

I had a great 3-night stay. The unit was comfortable, with many amenities provided. I appreciated having a parking space specifically designated for the unit.
