    We recently stayed at this property at the beginning of June 2025. The location is in a quiet townhome community with a pool. We enjoyed the using the grill two nights to prepare supper. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of towels and beach towels if you use the pool. This was a nice location for hitting Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park, and Arches.

    Nicely equipped condo with plenty of space. Nice and quiet with a nice seating area outside. Was a good base for adventure in Moab. Would stay here again

    Located in a quiet neighborhood, this condo had everything we needed. Modern appliances and comfortable furniture. We will definitely stay here again. I booked this on VRBO and the condo is managed by VACASA. Communication is terrible because VACASA refuses to message you through the VRBO app. Loved the new appliances but had to Google directions for the washer/dryer and coffee machine.

    Great place to stay. Had every comfort and amenity. Quiet neighborhood. Relaxing patio with Mountain View. Very clean. Close to Moab.

    Low battery chirped in the middle of night, no replacement available. No rags in bin, told to use for clean ups. Shelf with bin on about to fall down. Sloppy paint repairs. Lamp in master didn't work parts on order since early September . Water glasses and coffee mugs needed rewashing. Tiny first floor bathroom.

    Great condo well stocked with all the essentials. Close to downtown Moab but far enough away from the chaos. Very close to Arches, Canyonlands Island in the Sky and Dead Horse State Park and close enough to the Needles section of Canyonlands. We even went to Mesa Verde from here too! Great stay!
