Cozy Edisto Condo-Close to the Beach!

The room was nice and well equipped for cooking. It was in a great location. With this being a new vacation location for me, I did contact Matt a couple of times about recommendations or suggestions and he was so helpful. He was a fantastic host!

Very relaxing cottage feel. Parklike setting with a lot of shade is perfect for walks. I recommend without reservation.

Loved the community. Great place!

Great getaway for the weekend

Everything was great.

Location is good, and it was clean enough, but otherwise not up to standard. The A/C unit was loud and spit chunks of ice and drips of water onto the bedside table. For some reason the TV forced all audio for our streaming service (Amazon) to play in Spanish (I confirmed in my app that it was set to English, and the TV said the same...) Utensils and kitchenware are somewhat cheap and flimsy (and my wife and I wanted to share some wine, but only one wine glass available.) Lots of damage (mainly cosmetic) to walls and furniture - chipped paint, scuffs, etc. Mattress was okay, but pillows were uncomfortable. Outside balcony is okay, but small, and only gets sun in the middle of the day. Walls are thin and dogs were barking late into the night. Would be nice to have some beach chairs or towels available. On the plus side, it has washer/dryer and small kitchen, so it met our needs, but we wouldn't return.

Only stayed one night but suited our needs. Matt was very receptive and helpful with check in process.

The photography for this condo was very misleading. We expected lots more room. There were four of us. Once we saw how small it was, we locked it and went to Wyndham and rented something that was accurately presented to us. I would like a refund.

Matt was very responsive. Check in was easy. Good location as it was close to the State Park.

The stay was awesome! Just most things in the area were closed base on the season. I would come back during the warmer season.

Cozy and enjoyable condo, everything was great!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went well. We would definitely recommend this place.

The room was as described. The code we were given didn't work and it took some time to get in touch with a property manager. There was a neighbor who had a huge dog that he let roam and scared my child. This same neighbor was kind of creepy and asked for the code to get in. I thought that was incredibly weird and made us uneasy to stay in the room whenever he was around.

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond.

The host didn’t respond to my messages when we were not able to get into the unit. Turns out he put the wrong code in he said.

Great place for our quick weekend get away!

Everything was as described and everything was clean. The only thing I would say is that the soap and shampoo were out, but thankfully we brought our own. When we got there, the code lock wasn't working, but I was able to call the manager and he picked up immediately and was able to get it fixed right away. Overall 5 stars

good overall.... good location.... everything working condition.... cold A/C, cold refrigerator ....Large TV as Listed. Good Communication as well.

We had a great time staying here. It was a perfect combo for our vacation. The only problem we had was we had a hard time keeping the room cool at first due to the AC freezing up on us. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Very nice clean place. The air conditioner seemed a little quirky, but we enjoyed our stay.

Nice little place for two people.

It was a nice place to stay for a couple of days. We were mostly there just to sleep. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the ceiling fan was wobbly but those were only minor things. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo was just what we needed for one night in Edisto. Matt called us right when we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. Located in a very safe community with amenities.

Cute place to stay for a quick getaway. Make sure to read the listing details for although it’s Advertised as up to 4 people, the futon is only twin sized in width and not full length, so really only suitable for 3. My two preteens could not both fit on the futon but thankfully we had family staying nearby so my 10 y.o. was able to go stay with them. Ideal for a couple with one kid (under 5’6”) or 2 toddlers. Good location otherwise with playground, putt putt, and pool a quick 2 minute walk. Was only provided towels for 2 people, no bathmat, even though our request stated 4 people so had to do laundry daily. Futon was full of grime and hair had to be cleaned in the crevices before use. Unit could use a deep clean.

Disappointed

The condo is small but perfect for 2. My sister and I went for a retreat away from family. It wasn’t perfect but it was clean and comfy. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect place to lay your head after a day at the beach.

Matt was excellent to work with and communicated quickly! The place was clean and well equipped! My favorite part was the sign in book! So fun! Thank you so much Matt!

Needs lots of upkeep, cleaning needs to step up! Neighbors dog howling all day, walls very thin. Air coming in from sliding doors and front door. No heat in the bathroom. Ceiling fan about to fall from the ceiling! Dangerous!!

It was a good place to stay but it could have had cleaned cook wear and the fridge and freezer were broken and that stank because we had brought food with us. But other than that it was a lovely stay!

This was our 3rd time staying here. Always very nice.

The condo was perfect for two people to enjoy a mini staycation. We enjoyed a round of golf & dinner out. Loved the TV access! Everything was perfect! May stay again in the future.

Cozy little spot on the island with close proximity to restaurants, the marina, and the beach. The condo was clean and had everything one needs for their stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Matt was easy to reach when we had trouble with getting in.

This was just what we needed for a quick getaway! Will be back as soon as we can!

Great place & great customer service

This home was perfect for what I was looking for! It had everything I needed for a long weekend away.

Overall I would say it was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the a/c worked really good the fridge and freezer worked really good, we did not utilize any of the other appliances but they all seemed to be clean and ready for use. The space was sufficient for two people for a few days. The bathroom could really use a bit of a deep clean and updating. The toilet is very low to the ground and the shower head was very dirty, we actually cleaned it before using the shower. I was really surprised to find there was no assigned parking for any of the condo units but thankfully in our four night stay there was never a time we didn't find a parking spot. I was also surprised at how much you could hear and feel people walking around in the other units, there were some instances when the bed would actually shake. Thankfully we had neighbors during our stay that were not loud otherwise. We enjoyed our stay.
