Stayed May 28, 2024The condo was exactly as pictured; no surprises. My favorite part was that there were so many hooks throughout to hang things. I always feel rentals and hotels are severely lacking in places to hang towels and other things to dry. The only thing that was deceiving, but not at the fault of the owner or VRBO, was when I inserted the address and unit number into google maps, it dropped on a unit much closer to the front of the property whereas the condo is actually at the back the property. Based on the photos though, my husband remembered where the golf holes were from the last time we stayed at Sandpiper and he said it would be in the back. Not a big deal, we just drove to the beach because we have a 4 year old, just thought it was worth noting.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024The condo was clean and everything felt new. We traveled with a 9 and 13 year old. The pullout was big enough for the 2 of them to sleep comfortably. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the pullout. The King bed was also very comfortable. It was a quick 2 min drive or 10 min walk to the beach access. The community was quiet and grounds were kept clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Stayed Mar 28, 2024We stayed here with our 14 yo twins and 13 yo during March. The weather was in the 70s, water was still chilly. There’s enough room for 3 small people on the pull out sofa. The master bed is a queen, not a King. The condo is designed and decorated perfectly. The deck and Location was great for us having a pet. It’s about 10 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute drive. The food at the beach restaurant was good. Cash only and closes around 4. This condo subdivision is perfect for families. I have no complaints. Close to Winn Dixie, Target, and 10 minute drive to Harbor Walk.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024My wife and I had wonderful stay. The amenities at this condo are incredible for families (free golf course around condo, two pools, on site restaurant, private beach access which is accessible even if you’re not in a beachfront unit, and the bar and grill pavilion right on the beach). Our unit was so comfortable, well decorated, and very clean. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows for a windy spring break. Everything you need for a couple. It was also really easy to have our Lab with us, especially with the large patio leading into the grass. We plan to stay again soon, hopefully this summer!

Stayed Jul 13, 2022This little condo was just perfect! The pictures are very accurate and it felt brand new. It was very clean and nothing was out of place, it was like we were the first ones that have ever visited! The private beach access was so easy! We opted to use the beach service everyday because we didn’t have room to travel with chairs/umbrellas. It was totally worth it and the beach was absolutely beautiful! There is also a really good place to order food right off the beach, but be prepared they only take cash! The owners were just a text or call away if we had questions. We will definitely be back!
