Cozy Condo on Lake Conroe

Good for all we needed. Good location for our event. The only thing was comode lid wont stay up for men.

I liked everything about this property it was very nice, quiet and private. I will most definitely return. Typically a hotel or other accommodation would keep your card on record for incidentals but here they actually took $250 to be refunded in seven days.

Everything was prrfect

Unsanitary nasty soiled bed. We had to sleep on the floor for a week. Molded black vents that drip mold water Water is gross from an old rusty boilerHot tub in the bath was sickeningLive nats coming from the sinkBroke ice makerElectrical sockets over 30 years old and dangerous. Construction knowingly went on for the last two days we were there patio constructionDrills hammers grindersI have audio video and pics of all complaints

First impression was the musky dank smell when we walked in. and I lit any candle I could find to help. The A/C was set to 77 and took some time to cool down the condo. I was a little taken back by all the dust and lack of a good freshening up for our arrival. The rusty water caused stains in each of the sinks and had to wait for that to clear up to use it. Coffee pot in pantry was not cleaned for some time had caked on coffee at the bottom. Very thin walls and neighbors above us were banging around for hours so we left a day early, The grounds are nice but not one of the units overlookjng the water. Bed was very comfy, but be aware it is a full size.

I was in this beautiful lakefront condo all summer and it was the perfect place for everything i needed. Hosts checked on me throughout my 2 months stay and made sure the property always had everything i needed. Couldnt have asked for anything more

A short drive from downtown, nice quiet place to stay. Very clean and taken care of. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Didn't care for the boiler rust.in water & bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. Ceiling fan in bedroom rarely worked. Overall was a comfortable place to stay.

Served its purpose for an affordable weekend stay in a decent location when visiting the area for Ren Fest. Had some minor trouble with the door code on arrival (need to pull the door in a tad for it to properly unlock) - when I messaged, the host immediately responded and also called to assist.

Everything was smooth for check in and check out. I didn't realize until I got there that this is the exact same condo I've stayed in before.

the property was fine, maybe a deep clean would be in order but we had no issues.
