Welcome to our brand new, modern tropical inspired 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Whether traveling for work or play we have you covered! Flat Screen TV's, WiFi, and a swinging hammock chairs will keep you entertained indoors while the location offers easy access to everything downtown Chattanooga has to offer! The condo is on the 2nd floor & has two covered balconies, one from the living room and the second private balcony is located off the master bedroom. 1 free parking space available!<br>

This condo is designed to be a fun, relaxing space for couples, business travelers, small families with children older than 12, or a girls' getaway. We work together with a local day spa to offer packages with our stays that include anything from a romantic getaway with couples massage to a deep tissue sports massage package for the active person. Please ask us for additional details when booking your reservation.

In the space you will find a large master bedroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony with a sitting area. Down the hall, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed, closet, and located right across the hall is another full bath with a tub. Each bedroom features ceiling fans with built-in wall remotes, large windows, closet space, and luggage racks.

The kitchen has a full-size range, cookware & utensils, dishes and silverware, wine and beer glasses, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size fridge. The kitchen is stocked with seasoning, oil, and vinegar. Also included: toaster and coffee maker.

Our living room features 2 swing hammock chairs, a small table, 4 bar stools at the kitchen island, and a sofa. From the living room area is a covered balcony with a table and two chairs to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings.

The condo has oversized windows allowing natural light to fill the space, amplifying the open floor plan, and features 9-foot ceilings throughout. Our condo Is located 2 blocks from Chattanooga’s Southside in a new and upcoming area that Is currently being renovated.

THINGS TO NOTE

LIVING ROOM - Please note that the property does not have a kitchen table. There are 4 barstools at the kitchen island, a sofa, and 2 additional swing hammock chairs in the living room. There are also 2 chairs plus a table located on each balcony.

STAIRS - Our condo is located on the second floor. Climbing two flights of stairs will be necessary. The stairs and common area is secure and well lighted 24/7.

POTENTIAL NOISE - There are 3 condos in addition to our property located on the same floor and 2 condos above. Our neighbors are quiet but you may hear some movement and for that reason, we have provided sound machines in each bedroom to help in case you are a light sleeper.

TRAINS - The Southside is home to the Chattanooga Choo Choo. If the sound of trains annoys you Southside may not be the best spot for your getaway. Trains in the Southside move slowly and rarely blow horns but are always on the go, so at some point, you will hear one.

SECURITY - The area is very industrial and currently being renovated but is safe for walking, biking, or exploring. The property has surveillance cameras on the exterior and the common area may only be accessed with a door code.

CONSTRUCTION - Please be aware this area is being renovated with more condos, townhomes, and a brewery/restaurant so the landscape directly around the condo is under construction. Also, be cautious when driving in and out of the condo as there are construction vehicles coming and going daily from 8-5.
