Cozy condo at Granby Ranch! Ski in/out, 30 seconds to lift, coffee, & après!⛷️

Perfect location. Steps from everything. Loved the indoor covered parking. Condo was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The only negative was the rugs on the floor that were easy to trip on. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have been closer to the slopes and a Cha Cha Chai!

Cozy is an understatement. We’ve stayed here four years in a row, and this year my kids said, “Dad, this condo is the coziest — we want it again!” That pretty much says it all.

Location and home was super convenient, cozy and worth the stay. We will definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was perfect, very clean and so close to everyone and everything we did that weekend.Only complaint is that you have to pay for the hot tub and it’s a daily rate. So we ended up not using it.

This was a very comfortable, quiet, place. There were more people around on the weekend, with a wedding on Saturday, and the holiday. But that was still nice. We would not hesitate to book this property again. It was a very nice experience.

Your condo unit is perfectly located in the building and on the grounds. Who doesn't want a view of the ski slopes and to right next to the restaurant. Checking and out of the condo was hassle free. Private, secure parking close to an elevator was a dream come true. The unit was well appointed and fun decorated. We really liked the mural of the stylized ski slope. We prefer to eat out so we didn't use the kitchen very much but when we cooked a big breakfast, there were plenty of pots, pans and skillets to complete the job. We loved the place!

We had a perfect getaway in Granby Ranch! The place was well furnished, equipped, and so nice. Perfect location! Ashley was so kind, thoughtful, and responsive. highly recommended!

The one bedroom apartment at the Base One Camp was adequately kitted out for our 4 night summer stay as a wedding guest.

We had a great time in this cozy condo with our two young kids. We were steps away from the rental shop and ski lift which was so convenient to come back for lunch and take breaks from skiing. The condo was super clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We also enjoyed the amenities; the pool and hot tub was an excellent addition to help us relax on our vacation.

Cutest and most convenient place to stay in Granby! Literally a stones throw away from everything there…from the ski school (my boys did a morning snow board lesson) to the restaurant with amazing food, lift tickets, etc. The host responded quickly to my messages. I loved being able to pop my skis off literally at the door of the condo and walk in! Note for newbies: make sure to put parking pass (located in condo) in your car right when you get there!! Will definitely stay here again! Toni

This is one of the easiest ski in/out condos you will ever rent; ski locker down the hall and straight out the door to the lift that is seconds away. Gorgeous little condo, overall property is beautiful, great for a small family looking for their first ski experience. Highly recommend!!Owner was extremely responsive to any questions and making sure my experience was perfect.

Family of 5 (8 y/o, 6 y/o, 3 y/o) — while yes this is a one-bedroom condo, the convenience was HUGE! The photos don’t lie that the slopes are right outside the back door, as well as the pool and hot tub. It was so great to be able to take the younger kids back to rest while my oldest and dad kept on skiing, then to change from snowsuits to swimsuits and be relaxing in a hot tub in less than a minute was amazing! This is definitely a top-spot for us and will hope to book again soon!!

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. It was stocked with everything we needed, the location to the ski lifts couldn’t have been better(simply walk out back patio and you’re in line in 30 seconds, and Ashley was a great host with quick communication.

Place was perfect for my husband, son and me. Truly ski in and ski out. Great amenities & communication from Ashley the owner! Hope to stay here next year.

We had the best experience with this rental!! Not only was it the truly, most convenient place to stay if you are skiing as the lodge is, literally, steps away from the patio, it was also very well organized, not only as a clean and tidy space, but the host was great at communicating both via messages and in instructions and information provided in the condo and the vrbo info. Also, it was very thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of extra little things like a variety of cooking utensils, appliances, bathroom extras, and even pods for the washing machine. As long as we continue our trip to Granby for skiing, we will look to rent this place again.

Ski in/ski out (or if that is not your thing, a twenty-step walk to the Bluebird Bistro) is PERFECT for a family with young teens. They could ski longer than we could and we loved the ease of being right in the base lodge.Beds were good enough. My older (5’10”) child preferred the sofa bed to the ottoman bed.Loved the high ceilings and updated decorations in this unit.Others have mentioned the grooming machines and we noticed these but didn’t find them a problem at night.The garage is wonderful. The clearance is 7’10” which accommodated our jeep cherokee with a rocket box.The unit had all we needed (dishes, pots/pans, laundry and dish soap). We appreciated the hot tub towels. Note the visitor fee to the (well worth it) hot tub and pool has been raised to 15 perPerson per day.

This property affords you access to all the action - downhill Mtn biking, restaurants, rentals, ski lift, hiking, lawn games, free music and more! Leave your car in the garage; you won’t need it.

Stayed in this lovely, well appointed unit for a wedding, few steps away from ski lift and lodge, so location could not be more ideal. Unit had all you could need, but slightly warm at night even with box fan. Be aware that there is little or no wifi in area, so make note of all check in info & access codes ahead of time as you may not be able to retrieve them online from your phones when you need them. Despite a very attentive owner, we had difficulty with check in because of this, which was very frustrating after a long drive. Overall, a lovely, well designed unit, great communication with owner, and great wedding weekend.
