Cozy Condo 1 block to the beach

This place is perfect for two people. We loved how close it was to the beach and how quiet the area around us was. The condo could use a little updating, but it was very clean and cozy. All in all this was a great experience.

Great little condo with a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. We used our own beach stuff, but there were chairs, umbrella, and a wagon available if needed. (The only unusual thing was that there was no where to rinse feet or beach gear anywhere near the building.)

This condo is well maintained. I contacted the owner upon arrival, and she was helpful. This property had a full kitchen, one bedroom, and 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a decent balcony. It was really close to the beach and clean. I had myself and my two teenagers, and this property wasn't big enough for us. Although it says it can accommodate three people, it shouldn't. My teenager was relegated to the queen air mattress, which had to be used in the small living room. It deflated multiple times in the night, and he wasn't happy. Angela did change it out for a newer one, and it kept the air. However, moving forward, this property should only be rented by two guests. We couldn't use the living room at all because of the large, queen air mattress. If it had a pull out couch, I think it could work for three people. The location is considerably far away from the boardwalk and restaurants...about 1.5 miles. This main street, canal street, flooded every day we were there, and it was very concerning. We were on an island. It was just weird to have flashing lights and road blocks out up daily warning people of flooding roads. The locals said it was normal. Overall, it was great, but I wouldn't stay there again. The only complaint I have is to only give us three rolls of toilet paper for five days with three people is ridiculous. I had to buy a 12 pack of toilet paper and a box of Kleenex for our stay.

We found this condo to be exactly as advertised. Very close to the beach.

Very close proximity to the beach is accurate ! Unit is nice and comfy for a couple. We didn’t take pets but could tell it was pet friendly. Host are very nice and responsive to questions or needs. This has nothing to do with the hosts or unit but it is about 2 miles from most places to eat. I didn’t do good research and thought we could walk to the boardwalk The charge for parking anywhere around there is 6.00 an hour most eat in places don’t have free parking so that’s just a budget tip.

This condo was perfect for us. It was neat, air conditioning worked great, pool and beach were easily accessible. I would recommend bottled water and buy ice, as the water at most of the places we've stayed in Carolina Beach taste terrible! We brought our two dogs with us and there's a dog park about 5-10 minutes away if they want to be off leash for a bit

Loved the closeness of this condo to the beach and it was the perfect size for me and my partner. Would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed with our two dogs. The unit was clean and simple. We loved the balcony in the evening for afternoon drinks. The location is fantastic and super close to the beach. It was really easy to pack up the beach gear and dogs and walk to the beach. The host provided dog bowls and tennis balls which our pups loved. The unit is reasonably close to restaurants and shops, about 1.5 miles or so if you feel up to a walk. We chose to walk most nights since Carolina Beach strictly monitors parking and searches for folks with expired meters. Overall enjoyed the stay and the host was great! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Carolina Beach!

We stayed at 'Serenity' for our 12yr wedding anniversary and the place lived up to its name. Quiet part of the island and had a nice breeze consistency. The beach is a 2 minute walk and the Boardwalk / restaurants / shops were a 5 minute drive away. Living area was comfy and bedroom/sleeping conditions were fantastic. Having 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities were key for us. Pros - close proximity to beach access, quiet location, simple check-in/check-out processes, short drive to entertainment areas of Carolina Beach, excellent communication with host Cons - little to no dry food storage space. Highly recommend this rental.

Husband and I so enjoyed the condo, had everything we needed, host was the best and very responsive. We recommend and would stay again. We always love Carolina beach chill vibe and friendliness of everyone.
