Stayed Jun 23, 2025Great location to handicap beach access, plenty of space to move about. Beds were ok, brand new bunk beds were a hit with the kids! Great communication with Mike! Hope to book again next summer!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Great communication from owner. Great location, close to many conveniences, restaurants and activities. Close to the beach -- easy walking distance, even with a toddler, and no major streets to cross. We loved the porch for evening chats and games. We are all looking forward to next year!

Stayed Jul 10, 2022This place was exactly as shown, a bit dated but perfect for what we needed it for. It was conveniently located in the middle of stores, restaurants and even the laundry mat! The walk to the beach was even perfect, since we didn’t have to cross any heavy traffic with little ones. The owner was very helpful, and overall the location was peaceful. (I do recommend a noise machine if you have light sleepers). Parking was a bit tight, but we made it work. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, reasonably priced, and we would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Very convenient to walk to the beach and to get something to eat. The place looks just like the pictures and the owner was fast and easy to get in touch with. The only drawback was hearing the people on the floor above walking around at all hours. There was extra space in both of the non-master bedrooms for a crib, but not space in the master.

Stayed Jun 7, 2022Super close to the beach. Property had a decent configuration for what we needed and we were able to cook basic meals for our group. Property owner was welcoming and responsive.
