Stayed Aug 12, 2025Karl was such a supportive and responsive host. We had a lot of questions and had never been to the area, but we were comfortable and always got the response we needed. The condo is clean, welcoming, and super well situated. It is a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, even with kids, and not even 5 minutes to the beach. Just the best.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024I coyld not find my reservation in my email. I called VRBO, They were super helpful. Karl called & texted me & we got it all figured out. I couldnt figure out the AC units, texted katl & he ibstantly texted back. Just a great place with a great host!!

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The unit was extremely clean, stocked with garbage bags, soap, towels, etc! The tv worked perfectly, and the AC was amazing. Host was super kind, responsive, and helpful. Shower pressure and temperate was great. Thank you, we had a great trip :)

Stayed Jun 14, 2024If you have kids and are looking for a clean, affordable and convenient place to stay, this is your place. Super close to the beach and boardwalk with games and rides but not too loud at night. We are absolutely coming back!
