Cozy 3-bedroom condo with AC and WiFi in enjoyable Eau Claire

We picked this place for its location near a family reunion. It was comfortable and clean and well supplied. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and snacks and the walk-in shower. We will try to stay here again next year.

We had 6 guests and everything was super easy to locate, use, and it was very clean. All of us had a great time. New furniture, nice accommodating kitchen, good size rooms- it was wonderful. I’d definitely book again!

Super clean with comfortable beds! Plenty of pillows and soft blankets made it a cozy experience. Rooms are bigger than they look in the photos and they just got new living room furniture which is comfy and inviting. I particularly liked having a coffee in the chairs on the front porch each morning. Coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store walkable for adults and teens. Perfect experience!

We spent Easter there with my handicapped stepson. The house is clean and well-furnished. The owner even met us there to show us the lockbox. The location is close to grocery stores and shopping. We’ve already booked again for thanksgiving.

Clean property with comfortable rooms, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, bonus snacks and a truly helpful owner who returned an ID to us after the stay. Thanks for the great rental experience. It’s very close to Festival Foods and not far from Sam’s Club and some great red.

The house has everything you could need and perfect for a girls weekend.

This property had everything you need. It was smaller but had 3 nice bedrooms and a kitchen/kitchen table to play games or have a sit down meal. Mark was easy to work with. He was available for questions and made accommodations based on our needs.

I brought two friends from Thunder Bay, Ontario and another from the Twin Cities to stay for a curling event at the Eau Claire Curling Club. The house was perfect proximity to the curling club for us. Everything was very clean, warm, and inviting in the house. It accommodated the four of us comfortably and provided all we needed for our stay. We had picked up pizzas and enjoyed hanging out at the house to get a break from the noise of the curling club. Mark was a great communicator and always responded promptly leaving no questions for our stay. Check-in was easy as was check-out. I would recommend Mark's place to anyone coming to Eau Claire especially for anyone coming to curl! Some great local establishments within close proximity, too!

My mom and sisters travel to Eau Claire every year for our annual “Christmas shopping trip”. Instead of staying at a hotel we decided to try something different. I would recommend this location to all, great location, the condo was spotless, beds were comfy and the owners were friendly and accommodating. Perfect weekend!!

We spent the thanksgiving weekend at the property with my handicapped step son. The house was very clean and well equipped. We had problems using the electronic entry but the owner responded and resolved the situation quickly. Highly recommended
