Stayed Jun 6, 2025Very easy to set up this rental. Beautiful location- with excellent access to beach. Lovely balcony with view. This unit could have been cleaner- furniture was dusty, upstairs shower liner rather filthy, and a couple of dead roaches on floor upstairs. Well appointed kitchen, though. Do not expect any toiletries beyond small wrapped soap. For a unit this close to the beach- it’s a good value.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023Very nice condo just two blocks to the beach. The pool was never crowded. Everything u need to enjoy a stay by the beach! The neighbors where wonderful as well!

Stayed Jul 21, 2023Second level so lots of stairs, just a heads up for someone who might miss that part. Nice location to the boardwalk, and plenty of parking near your condo. I only rated down due to the cleanliness of the condo at the time we went. (Floors, dishes/silverware, etc) I have already told the owner. It says it can sleep 8 but there were not enough towels for 8 or bowls/plates. No big deal on that but heads up to bring more or disposable for yourselves.

Stayed Jun 29, 2023Loved this place. Nice on the water , easy access to beach and bay within walking distance! Neighbors were very nice. Pool was little over crowded but was nice!
