Stayed Sep 14, 2024Hot water was the biggest problem. Ice maker didn’t work. Wasn’t enough hot water for showers without a 30 minute wait between showers. Or get wet turn off the water. Soap up the rinse

The indoor and outdoor pools are well kept. We saw several custodians daily cleaning the floors and the elevators throughout the resort. Would definitely stay here again!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time with our rental. It was clean and an amazing view of the ocean. The building was older but the owners took care to have little things to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms clean and we loved the balcony. Small items like the touch lights on the bedside table was very nice and a place to put my jewelry was very helpful. We had an issue with the icemaker and the property management company took care of this right away and worked with our schedule to make the repairs. We've been to Myrtle Beach many times and this was our first time staying in Garden City. It was nice, clean and not as busy as North MB or MB. Over all we had a great stay and would go back again.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024Our family loved how close we were to the beach! We didn’t have to trudge across sand dunes getting to a spot on the beach! The condo was great! It was clean and well supplied with everything needed for cooking! We look forward to returning next year for a longer stay!!!
