Coveted Beachfront Continental Club-Will exceed your expectations!

We loved the unit. Clean, everything we needed. Location of course is great. The building and unit exceeded our needs and expectations. Host was easy to reach if needed. We hope to stay again and recommend it.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I relax! The pool was clean and heated! The view of the gulf was unbelievable! Gorgeous sunsets.

It was beautiful ? a nice break from the snow .

Perfect place! The VRBO description was accurate. The Continental Club does a fabulous job of keeping the grounds and facilities clean. I would stay here again i a heartbeat! And I am VERY picky.

The pool and proximity of the beach made for a hassle-free day of enjoyment. Restaurants, Grocery stores and Entertainment all very nearby. Amenities in the unit were perfect for our needs.

A very nice vacation rental property.

We enjoyed our time in Florida, the weather was perfect and the location of this rental scores a perfect 10. We were disappointed in both the condition and cleanliness, which we can expand upon. We will keep this to only the facts, but we are hoping some of these things are addressed in the future. On the condition, you can tell it's been a long rental property without a lot of TLC. There were missing ceiling tiles in both closets, burnt out light bulbs, an unpleasant odor from the guest bedroom, worn/stained carpet, and a broken shower handle in the master. The place was pretty dirty when we came in, I think we spent about 20-30 hours cleaning the place, we washed all linen,, pillows (that we brown stained), chair cushions, and rolled up and stored a large dirty rug in the living room. Surfaces were dirty and almost everything needed a good wipe down for dust/dirt. None of this is major and with some updates and LTC it could be great. The size of the master bathroom is really small, can barely use toilet and close door, to the point of being awkward. Overall this unit really needs to be updated (cabinets, sink, faucets, toilets - should all be replaced). We used an entire bottle of fabreeze to attempt to cover up old carpet smell from guest room. The carpet should be removed and any sort of hard wood or tile replacement would be ideal. We treated for ants in the kitchen (counters and floor), washing and buying ant traps. Also, the laundry is actually not in the unit, it's a shared set-up outside of the unit, which isn't ideal, but did work fine for us. The location was a 10/10 to be able to walk out to the beach was amazing and it was fun to walk to near by shopping , bars and restaurants. Ideally they would make updates and hire a better cleaning crew in the near future.

We loved the Continental Club and especially this condo! It was clean, updated, comfortable and well furnished. It was great to have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys for when our grandchildren came for a visit. We loved the convenience of the second floor and most especially the fantastic view of the Gulf. The amenities of the Continental Club were great as well. Cherie was responsive to our questions and wonderful to work with. We have already rebooked for another visit!
