Condo was exactly as pictured, spacious, outstanding views, and clean. The location is exceptional, within walking distance to all things Folly Beach. Communication from management was timely and consistent. Just make sure you read through their extensive prompts so you're prepared with incidentals not provided - i.e., shampoo, coffee, pen & paper, etc. Overall, we were 100% happy with our stay and can recommend with confidence.

Beautiful condo! Comfortable beds. Clean. Would love to stay here again. Porch chairs were very comfortable and could watch meteor shower at night. Also... they had Tupperware!!! most rentals don't so this was a very nice surprise

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The views were perfect, the unit was immaculate, the check-in/out process was seamless and everything was exactly as promised in the listing! From our balcony each day we watched dolphins, surfers, four legged fur-babies, and the soothing waves of the ocean. The beach was one of the prettiest we’ve stayed on and the pools were SO relaxing! We would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat!! Thank you SO much for enabling us to relax and enjoy good, quality family time.

Great property just as described!! There were a few minor things but nothing that would keep us from staying there again (mattresses in Master and Queen bedroom need to be replaced-noisy and hear the springs when you are getting on and off- and buttons on dishwasher have no labels-just wear and use). It was a beautiful property! Kitchen well stocked, great living room with comfy furniture for watching movies with big TVs. TVs also in all of the bedrooms which is nice for winding down at night. Loved furniture on porch. Sturdy and comfy! Overall, great stay and always love coming back to Folly!

We were only able to stay 2 nights but it was just what we needed. Peaceful, within walking distance to everything, and a beautiful view!

Very clean and comfy rental!

My family and I rented this condo for a recent visit and it did not disappoint! It was clean, updated, and right on the beach! The beach access and pool were very convenient and just a short walk from the condo. The only thing that was challenging was getting access to the unit. The key fobs weren’t working so we couldn’t get through the gate. However, the property manager was incredibly helpful and got us in very quickly. Overall, a great stay and would highly recommend!

Loved the property and location. We walked to all the shops and eating spots. Will definitely stay here again. All positive remarks from the 5 of us that stayed.

We had a great stay this past week at Beach Daze. It is definitely one we will go back to. Everything was very clean and we had all the necessities to get us started. The view was perfect. We liked being on the first floor because we were close to the stairs which allowed us to carry our things up or down instead of waiting on the elevator. We have stayed at Charleston Villas many times and this was our favorite so far. The rental company communicated with us when the FOB systems were down which happened twice during our stay but wasn't a big issue.

Easy first floor access, lots of seating, high chairs on the porch are key. Fully stocked, perfect location for town, beach and pool.

This was a great condo direct on the beach and to walk into town. The apartment was clean and exactly how described. Will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in this complex almost every year for the last fifteen years, for a week each summer. Love the spot, could have done without the construction going on, but it has to be renovated sometime, we just got unlucky on timing.

Very happy with the condo and the neighborhood surrounding it. Clean and comfortable. We had an amazing week.

It was our first trip to Folly and we loved it. This condo was literally PERFECT! EASY Walking distance to everything. Parking, access to the pools and beach was perfect and communication with the host was ideal and fast! Something you may also want to consider is this unit is on the 1st floor, and that is a huge bonus. High enough because of the elevated parking, and VERY easy access from the stairwell. And, this unit is in the middle of the property and that makes it a very short walk to the entrance.

We wanted a low-key vacation to hit the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. This condo was perfect, and the view was spectacular.

We had a great stay. The check in process was easy and flawless and contact with the property management was great, they responded immediately! Clean and beautiful condo, the big porch was amazing as well.

Loved staying right by bridge, easy to walk to restaurants, etc., parking is a big challenge around town. View of beach and water was wonderful, great deck furniture. We did have beach restoration going on a few days; loud and distracted from view but were compensated. We were disappointed there were no beach towels, chairs provided since we flew in. Rentals were not convenient for us. A few starter coffee pods would have been appreciated as the laundry pods were. Shampoo and lotion are available on request. All the extra charges added up so for the price per night we expected more amenities. Check the fine print of charges if you are new to area; evidently they are standard for Folly beach.

The property was ok. We have stayed with other places with much better kitchen set up...3 bunk beds and no plastic cups for kids? Master bath well suited for true WC bound adult, which is rare. Beach renourishment at the location left us awake all 4 nights and all kids developed violent rash after going in the ocean first day....sea lice rash we were told. Bad weather week too.
