Courtyard condo near the ocean with W/D, outdoor pool & gym

Amazing stay, the condo was even better than described! 10/10 place to stay!The only issue was check-in. PLEASE PLEASE include in the text/email that the face to face/late check-in is in a different location than the condo. I was born & raised in Sandbridge and still struggled having to make calls & ask for help.Thanks!

Perfect little get away for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids 10 and 7). Our kids loved being steps from the pool. The week we visited were red flag beach days for 5 of the 6 days and 1 day had a yellow flag, so ocean swimming was not an option. The pass got us access to all three pools in the condos so there was variety and options if one pool was really busy.The condo we stayed in was right next to the smaller pool. Once inside the condo we didn't hear any activity from the pool area at all!The amenities were better than expected. When we arrived there were not only linens but also all the basics like paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sponge and dish soap, a few dishwasher and clothes washer detergents, even the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was more like a hotel stay than a house rental. Plus the kitchen had all the essential pots, pans, blender, coffeemaker, toaster etc. The beach front was well kept and not too crowded. The only cons were that the sliding door in the master bedroom had a broken latch and was being secured with a 2x4 so we couldn't use that door for the week, and something mush have leaked or broken in the master bathroom shower head because there was a section of drywall missing. Neither impacted the quality of our stay. Oh and the refrigerator shelves do not have enough space for a gallon of milk to fit upright in so that was a minor inconvenience. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

It did take some time to understand the parking situation and where to park but once this was figured out our stay was great! The home was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed to make meals plus the home was convenient to the pools. The short walk to the beach was a plus! Very nice place. Clean and would recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

Loved the area…. Visiting family in the area so location great for us. Loved pool and beach access.

We were a bit uncertain about location on first floor, but when inside the condo, little pool noise was heard. We enjoyed being close to the pool and grills. Furniture and beds comfortable. Starter packages and linen packages were great- dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels all there.

We stayed for 5 nights and the 1st two nights were great, however the 3rd night a large group of college aged kids surrounded our unit- there was yelling, running, drunk kids all over the patio area outside our unit, loud music and a fight broke out right outside our bedroom window so needless to say, the past 3 nights we did not sleep as they were right outside our place both front and back doors until about 4 am-I heard people from other units yelling for them to quiet down also and the photos were a bit misleading- could not see the beach at all from this unitAnd to make matters worse, I get a text that OUR unit was too loud and we needed to quiet down!! I couldn’t believe it! We are an older retired couple! I did explain to the lady in the office this morning about everything that happened

We stay in these condos every year so obviously we already love Sandbridge and what the condo complex has to offer. This was our first time staying in a 1st floor poolside unit. It was fantastic for access to the pool and the grills for cooking meals. Can walk in and out if you forget something. Really easy to take my youngest for a swim any time she wanted. The condo has all the basics you need.

Great place for the 4 of us. Had all the amenities we needed.

This unit is very comfy! We slept well every night.
