The living area invites you to relax after a day out—stream your favorite shows on the smart TV and map out tomorrow’s plans. Steps away, the full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Pull up a stool at the counter for a casual meal or morning coffee.



When it’s time to turn in, the private bedroom offers a king bed with crisp linens and a second smart TV. A convenient twin rollaway is available for an additional guest. The full bathroom has an oversized single vanity and a tub/shower combo. For longer stays or quick refreshes, you’ll have an in-home washer and dryer. WiFi is included.

• Parking: Garage parking under the building is first-come, first-served for a maximum of 1 vehicle. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No additional on-site parking is guaranteed beyond this.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management. While typically available, any outages are outside our control. In case of emergency, please use the stairs.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

• Long-term stays are welcome.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

    Great location and property. We have stayes at this property in the past.However, this properties maintenance has gone downhill. Light switches were replaced at some time and wired incorrectly so switches do not work as intended. Icemaker in refrigerator does not work.Multiple lights in bathroom did not work.Only Decaf coffee supplied as complementary pak.Cheap Hotel Toilet Paper supplied.Host was non responsive to request for maintenance contact.We still enjoyed our stay at this property. Not sure if I will book this unit in the future.

    Condo is nice and the location was great. Unfortunately there were a bunch of maintenance issues- broken kitchen faucet, water leaking from the ceiling out of a kitchen light fixture, and a towel bar that fell off the wall.

    We enjoyed Daily walks at Centennial Park, Covered Parking, and nearness to Broadway and the entertainment area. Clean Unit consistent with our expectations and requirements. Check in and out is Simple and straight forward. Will stay again on our next trip to Nashville.

    This property is in an area that is relatively quiet, but it is only a quick drive or Uber ride from Broadway and Printer’s Alley. The size is perfect for a couple and their communication was fantastic from check in to check out!
