Cottonwood Condo 1473 - Great Views and Sun Valley Resort Pool Access

Area seemed old and somewhat abused. Condo was nice but again, a little beat. I spent a lot of time going back and forth to the rental office which meant I couldn't do a fair amount of things I wanted to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay with this unit. It's a good size for the two of us. I usually don't like carpet but it feels clean and comfortable in this unit. Location: quiet, with a good mountain view when you wake up. It's only a few minute of drive to the River Run Plaza to ski in Sun Valley. Very convenient location. Layout: the morning sun is bright in the living room. Love it. The kitchen is closed off from the living room (deli layout). I initially thought I would not like it but I found myself enjoy this layout very much as I can leave all the mess in the kitchen while eating in the living room. Kitchen: we like to cook our own meals. This kitchen is stocked with all the tools I need to make good meals. Management: we didn't experience any issues with check-in or check-out. It was a very smooth process.

Great location for all seasons! We stayed in the fall and loved the babbling creek outside and the beautiful colors. The bed is quite comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked. There is easy access to the Sun Valley Lodge and amenities, and it's a quick drive into town for restaurants and the grocery store. It's well suited for a family of 4, but wouldn't want to share the en suite bathroom with friends. It was perfect for the two of us.

The condo was comfortable and clean. The murphy bed is such a great option vs a fold-out couch. Please note that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom, which can be awkward for more than 2 people. We didn't mind, though. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property!

The property is in a great location, close to the Sun Valley Lodge amenities and the town of Ketchum. It was perfect for our family of three, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the essentials we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very very clean and well stocked, we needed nothing. Only thing is that the checkin and checkout is a little bit out of the way and complicated. A lock box would be easier then going off property, 7 minutes away to pickup and drop off keys. Besides that, super easy checkin and checkout instructions and I have nothing else negative to note! Loved this place and would stay here again, and I recommend anyone who is on the edge to just book it!
