VERY CLEAN, PORCH FUNITURE IS LIKE NEW AND LOVE THE SWING. LOVE THE LOCATION WHICH IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING BUT THE MAIN REASON WE KEEP COMING BACK IS THE MANAGER CLIFF, HE IS THE BEST

Left early because of weather but made the most of our stay. No ones fault but mother natures. Beach was great, not crowded

The condo was furnished with everything you might need. It was clean and an easy walk to the beach. The porch swing was great!

The condo met our needs perfectly. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was clean with everything you could ask for (except a pitcher.) The walk to the beach was not bad. The walk to the community pool was a little farther than we thought it would be, but the kids didn't mind too much. I'd rather be closer to the beach anyway! Our property manager, Cliff, was exceptional! We didn't have any issues, but if we had I know he would have been right there. My grandson said it was the best week he's ever had at the beach - and we go every year!

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo during our first visit to Ocean Isle! Everyone was happy to have their own bathroom since it’s a 4BD/4BA unit! I’ve stayed at many VRBO homes, but this was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! I usually bring a couple of pans from home, but quickly learned it was unnecessary! Cliff was very responsive to any of our needs. The only issue we had was with the AC program which he quickly adjusted remotely! He was kind enough to contact me with an earlier check in time which I really appreciated being over 3 hours away. The unit was clean and had everything we needed! The condo is on the first level which was wonderful when coming in from the beach. The pool wasn’t far either. Also has an elevator and luggage racks to transport everything which was a lifesaver not having to make so many trips back and forth from our vehicles! I highly recommend this unit!

The unit was nice, clean, convenient to beach access. I have stayed in 4 units in 2 of the buildings on this Street and this one was the nicest. They thought of the little things that make your stay a little bit nicer and they have decorated very nice. It’s very nice that each room has its own bathroom and the extra refrigerator came in handy. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked. I especially liked that everything was labeled. (You didn’t have to try 5 light switches to turn on a light, because there are a lot of light switches)

Comfortably furnished, well stocked kitchen, very clean. We enjoyed staying on the first floor, first floor was perfect for us, and enjoyed day and night on the porch

Nice and clean. No signal on tv all weekend. Small flies infested kitchen and dumpster trash had not been emptied. Otherwise very nice.

Beach Be With You was a wonderful place for our first visit to OIB. The walk to the beach was perfect, we were able to see some of the ocean's white caps from the front deck. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was labeled so we knew where to return items when we were finished. They even had a puzzle board for us to use while making our yearly vacation puzzle. The neighbors were also so kind to our group. On our last night, they gave our young adult children delicious crab legs! Thanks, neighbors! I would highly recommend Beach Be With You for your family's vacation.
