10 out of 10 recommend. Was clean, good part of town and plenty of space. French quarters were within walking distance.

The place was beautiful, clean and well supplied! I can't say enough about the customer service though, they were incredibly responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!

Envy was the mood we created when we shared with colleagues where we were staying. We got so lucky finding this before the city got booked. Beautiful, clean, every amenity you'd need, en suite bathrooms, balcony to enjoy the NOLA weather, a quick walk to convention center and places to eat. A little longer but not too much to French Quarter and Bourbon st. My only regret was not stopping for groceries before getting there. We did not take advantage of gym or pool but they have both.

Great unit in a great location. Very comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Staff were very responsive to any concerns. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great. Was a beautiful place. Lots of room in the unit. Host was responsive with questions and every was as expected, beds were comfortable, lots of closet space, large kitchen. No problem finding street parking at all times of the day and night just across or just down the street. Would highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed another great stay at the Refinery! Stayed in The Port and The Esplanade with our group. Both were well stocked and maintained. Will definitely visit again!

Very conveniently located. Walking distance to WW II Museum and many restaurants. Fairly close to the French Quarter. Very quiet.

Everything was easy from start to finish with our stay, and the place was great. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the balcony and not having any kind of street view. When we are in NOLA, we love to watch people/traffic, and the railing is set way too far back.

Communication was wonderful and the apartment was absolutely beautiful and pristine. We will definitely stay there again. Wonderful experience.

This apartment is, in one word, EXCELLENT!. Within walking distance of everything, we felt safe and enjoyed the Mardi Gras festivities.Our host provided everything a guest could need and more. We would truly reccomend this apartment and will make plans to return.

Everything was wonderful! Comfortable beds, close to everything, quiet, and as 3 women traveling we felt super safe. Accommodations were clean and everything was thought of. The welcome snacks and drinks were a lovely welcome after a long day of travel. We would absolutely stay here again

My husband and 2 adult kids stayed here for a visit to the city and to see a concert. This property was absolutely perfect. It was hands down our favorite place we’ve stayed in New Orleans. It was walkable to almost everything but far enough away from all the party spots that we weren’t awake all night. The property and building are lovely and had more than we needed to make our stay comfortable. Communication with the property management team was great (even on a Sunday). Make sure and try the Ironworks cafe around the corner for crepes, coffee, and cocktails. It was fantastic.

Everything was exactly how it looked in the photos. The place very clean and offered great amenities with a nice contemporary feel. The building was also nice and quiet as well. The location was close to restaurants in the area that we tried for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. Overall the place was incredible and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious, and extremely comfortable apartment. Great location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Having luggage storage was a big plus and made our trip much easier. Communication was excellent, with quick and helpful responses. Highly recommended!

Apartment was great other than WiFi did not work any of the three night we were there. Air freshner in entry and hallways really strong. Otherwise a great stay.

If you read the reviews; below, we can only agree with what has already been said:we have rented many flats both here and abroad over the last three decades and have very much enjoyed this one.the Warehouse District is a few blocks from the Quarter, but leaves you with great restaurants, the Ogden Art Museum and the WW2 Museum all within easy walking distance (we do not rent a vehicle in NO)The neighborhood is not crowded and the flat's spacious balcony allows for a pleasant evening cocktail and a peaceful night's rest in a comfy bed.The unit is light filled and airy. The kitchen is very nice and user friendly.We'll be back

The only negative was the smaller room had no windows which made it seem smaller

We cannot tell you how wonderful this unit was. It was so close to everything we only took an uber once. You can walk to the convention center, the River Walk, Bourbon Street and the Trolly to the Garden District. Beautiful decor and super clean. Kudos to Kayla for her communication the entire time. We travel all over the world and this was by far one of the nicest unit we have stayed in.

Gorgeous place, we stayed in PH1. Place was very clean and put together well. Communication was probably the best I have ever had when renting a VRBO property. Access/Wifi/codes worked just like they promised. One tiny issue that they rectified immediately and perfectly.I would not hesitate to stay here, or recommend their place to others.

The entire process from booking to check in to our stay was exceptional. We needed to store our luggage prior to our check-in, and they had storage lockers available for us in the building, so we can explore New Orleans prior to our 4 PM check-in. Overall, we loved the penthouse unit, and the location of the building. Would highly recommend and would stay here again when we visit New Orleans.
