The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen television. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Stayed Jun 18, 2022My family from Illinois loved the quiet beach and the fact that there was a Civil War wreck right off shore. We enjoyed the boardwalk and the condo was great. Richard was easy to communicate with and takes care of all the amenities.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We had a great stay at the Coral Reef. Our four-year-old really had a blast. The pool is small but perfect for her. She was thrilled to be able to “swim” across it and to touch the bottom. Owner was on premises and checked in several times, apologized for a ceiling fan that we had not even realized was not working.He also called me before our stay to tell us a couple of things and to see if I had questions. Easy beach access and short walk to several things. It was our second stay there and we are very likely to return.

Stayed Jan 21, 2022Definitely the nicest place we have stayed at in Carolina Beach! The view from the front room can't be beat & is literally steps from the beach. The kitchen is nicely updated & the W/D were both spacious- it is also quiet & cozy. The location is very convenient to everything & Richard was a great host. Thanks so much - we will definitely return!

Stayed Aug 27, 2021Checking in was super easy! The condo is nice and has a decent-sized balcony. The beach access was clean and well maintained. The only slightly irritating thing was being the condo next to the pool/pool gate and the gate to the beach access. It would get quite noisy during the day, rendering the outdoor space unsuitable at those times. Overall, I would stay there again, possibly in the off-season.

Stayed Aug 20, 2021My daughter's bridal party came together and had a blast. The condo is right on the beach, which was super, because it was so close and the girls could go back for snacks, drinks, bathroom. It was convenient to rent chairs and umbrella's at this location. The condo was just what we needed, and pictures are accurate. The only problem was parking; we had two big trucks and there was not enough room. Richard solved our dilemma by letting one of us park in his friends driveway. We had a great time!

Stayed Jun 2, 2021Cute beachfront condo. We were able to walk to boardwalk and dinner. Loved the ocean view from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen and floors are very new. The rest of the condo has an older beach home vibe. It’s right next to the pool so that was inconvenient when we wanted to sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean view and sounds and there were people in the pool just a few feet away. Wish there was a shade on that one side of the deck for privacy. All and all it’s a good place to stay and a great location.

Stayed Jun 30, 2020It is steps to the beachThe private beach access is my favorite.My little one has enjoyed the pool for kids.They have all basic kitchen stuff needed so we didn’t have to go anywhere to eat.We brought food that are easy to cook.Overall we have been able to enjoy the beach and our vacation socially distant.
