Stayed Apr 22, 2019Lovely, spacious and a larger layout than expected. The 2-bedroom / 2 private bath was nice for us. Oceanfront balcony overlooking beautiful CB as described. I'm not sure with whom I was speaking for the booking, but this person did not make me feel welcome as there was more concern for the guests there before me and the guests coming in after me, so I didn't feel the hospitality. But the place was nice, at least.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025The location was very close to the beach, which is our reason for going. We spend almost the whole day there. It’s a convenient location to a few restaurants and ice cream shops. I like that we had assigned parking. We had a group of 4 and the unit was very accommodating. Plenty of towels - even beach towels. I was glad we had the washer/dryer bc my husband was rolled by a big wave and we had to wash his clothes. The unit itself was pretty clean. I guess if I had to complain about something, the drains in the showers were pretty slow. Also there’s not really a place to store and groceries you may buy. But I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024This was a nice property with a good sized deck. It was right next to the ocean. The location is good because you can walk to the boardwalk but be away from the congestion. This unit is great for families with children!

Stayed May 30, 2024We had a great stay! Keep in mind there are more condos above you, so you will be able to hear people walking around above you. The proximity to the beach, pool and everything we wanted to do was perfect!

Stayed Mar 26, 2024Simply relaxing and peaceful view of dunes and water. Easy walk down to the beach access up and across the nice decking and over just a bit of dune sand down to the flat beach. Everything we needed for an impromptu getaway. Thanks Richard!!

Perfect location, super clean, everything we needed was provided, everything worked great, and it’s far enough away from crowded areas but close enough to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great experience and we will definitely be back.
