Loved the space big the view loved it

The rental is perfectly located for a walk to any of the restaurant and shops. It’s also convenient to walk straight to the beach. You can tell they haven’t replaced the mattresses in quite some time so they weren’t the most comfortable to sleep on. The cleanliness was lacking. With the amount they charge as a cleaning fee, you would expect it to be clean. Most surfaces were covered in dust. There were literal hairballs in the corners of the rooms and the showers didn’t seem to have been dusted or cleaned with actual cleaner in a while.

A clean and comfortable place to stay on the beach.

The refrigerator was left dirty and the vacuum cleaner was left full. There was sand left in the hall bathroom floor. The covers on the furniture had a musty smell to them. No deal breakers, just observations. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would book again.

Richard was Ana amazing host. He took care of everything from start to finish. The place had everything you would need. He provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. the condo is literally steps from the beach. Perfect location. The only problem was WiFi and phone service were not great in the condo. I guess that’s a good thing because it really forces you to unplug and disconnect. Our A/C stopped working so we notified Richard, he sent a guy to look at it and within 30 mins it was all fixed. He’s super responsive! Thanks for a good and comfortable experience.

Great location that is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Lifeguard stand is right at beach access during summer season and small community pool is a plus. Condo is clean and comfortable with many extras including a reserved, covered parking spot.

Good place to stay

This was my favorite Carolina Beach property that we've stayed at after coming each summer for over 10 years. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We briefly met Richard who was very kind. I would definitely be interested in staying again. We did have some difficulty with wi-fi speed while trying to stream a movie, there was a crack of light coming through the locked front door, and we fumbled a bit with the key lock box but these minor things did not keep us from feeling safe or having a wonderful time!

My wife and I visited for the weekend and had a great time! The property was just as described with all the amenities you would need, perfect location, oceanfront and a few steps from the beach. We will be adding this property to our list of favorites!!

The rental was perfect for Mid-week Spring Break. First impression was that the rental was so clean that I knew it was going great from the start. The rooms were comfortable. The HVAC System worked quietly. The bathrooms were clean and functioned as expected. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and multiple coffee makers ( K-cup, 4 cup and 8 cup machines) very nice for the coffee fans. The location is great because we were able to access the beach, walk for a milkshake or take a quick drive to the grocery store. I felt safe and comfortable with my teens and for them to be at the beach or getting ice cream on their own. Great stay for us, and we’re looking forward to another trip soon. Our, wife, daughter & self, 3 nt stay was very nice! Nearly everything you might need is available, beach chairs (3), beach towels, well furnished kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t need the beach towels. Seemed like a very nice foam queen mattress, sleeping was very comfortable.

Ocean front condo with everything you need. Great location to walk to restaurants and boardwalk.

Had a great time at Carolina Beach. Shot walk to the beach and very close to the boardwalk and a bunch of restaurants. Very clean condo. Richard was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed the condo. You can see the ocean but not the beach area due to being on the first floor. Still everything was great.

It was like a home away from home! So handy to the beach. Decorated so pretty and all the details had been addressed. There was nothing we needed that was missing. Richard is a delight and a caring owner and it shows in his condo. Highly recommend!

Host is very good to communicate with and accommodating with requests. Unit is as described and pictured. Great location near activities and restaurants. Easy beach access with nice views from balcony. Would return here with no worries.

Beautiful condo. The condo was spotless, very clean and uncluttered. Kitchen was well equipped and linens were nice quality. Private porch with view of ocean over the dunes and easy access to the beach. Also walking distance to a number of restaurants and just a block from the Veggie Wagon (ice cream, coffee, gourmet preprepared food.) great to have assigned parking spot which was easy to access. Highly recommended!
