Stayed Apr 13, 2025Condo just as advertised. We truly enjoyed our stay.A totally unobstructed view of the sunrise and ocean from the balcony, main bedroom and living room. Cons: Older building; narrow stairs; intermittent construction next door; kitchen tight (but had everything we needed)Pros: Elevator; AMAZING view; clean; nicely decorated; convenient location; shaded parking; great communication from property managerOnly recommendation would be to get a Roomba. We tried very hard not to drag in sand but it still happened.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025The property was perfect for a couple. Great view of the beach and easy access to the beach. Parking is a bit of a problem as the elevator is on the north end and the condo on the south with stairs. Property management required an agreed contract but stated they could move us without notice and without the ability for refund. Took some work but finally they acquiesed. Would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024The condo itself is lovely, but the company that manages the property is thoughtless, rude, and ultimately ghosted us after a poor stay. We weren’t informed that roof construction would occur throughout our stay, even though the manager confirmed they knew the night before our arrival that it was ongoing. We couldn’t park our car for the first few hours of our stay, instead they suggested that we leave with our car for a few hours until construction left for the day. Construction lasted 3 days and we immediately disclosed our dissatisfaction. Additionally, the elevator was our upon our arrival and we were dependent on that accessibility. At first, the host was “very sorry”, but ended up ghosting us after we demanded answers. At every turn, they blamed us for not communicating (even though we did). Save your peace of mind and avoid

Stayed Jul 4, 2024First I will say that the view was spectacular! There is an issue with parking when the building is full. There are 24 units and only enough spaces for 12 cars, so people had to be blocked in or park away from condo. When we did finally get a space the next afternoon after July 4th, We had to get friends to come get us ensure we had a place to park at the complex instead of having to drive a few blocks down and leave vehicle at a public beach access point. Other than the parking issue, the stay was wonderful, view could not have been better and access to the beach was easy. The condo was perfect size!
