Stayed May 1, 2025My sister and I always stay for our annual trip to the shrimp festival. Location of condo is great, beach view with balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking is a little tight, just incase you have a larger vehicle.

Stayed Feb 3, 2025This property is right on beach with fantastic ocean view and just 3 miles from beautiful Historic Fernandina area. Condo is a little dated but very clean. Management company was excellent. Only negative was building next door is under renovation and there was a lot of noise and dirt.

Stayed Feb 21, 2024The location of this condo was absolutely perfect. It was quiet but close to downtown and other activities. Condo was well appointed and very clean. Balcony to the beach was fantastic. Would highly recommend. We plan on staying there again next year.

Stayed Feb 25, 2024Annie, CC (the cat), & I truly enjoyed our stay in fabulous Coral Sands 101. We are so happy to have discovered this upscale condo right on the beach at an affordable price. We were pleased at the overall cleanliness (especially the super clean windows), the paper products (new rolls of TP & paper towels!), and the room to spread out our vacation gear. The mattress on the main bedroom bed was soooo comfortable! Thank you and we look forward to our return.
