This was our 1st time at Destin, and we really liked it. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Super quiet area since there's only one more building between the Henderson State Park and this building. We liked the fact that even with a 3 story building, there's an elevator which makes it so easy to carry up/down stuffs.The property was super nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing! We spent a lot of time there enjoy the beautiful gulf shore ocean. The shades of blue were amazing...really difficult to capture on a picture. The customer service from the Coral Reef Club was superb. Great team of people addressing all the questions we had on a very timely manner. This is definitely an area / building we would consider going forward.

Only suggestion would be a much more comfortable couch. Management was great!!

Kudos to the maintenance guy who was always making sure everything was is good working order! Condo was recently updated and nice. We love The Coral Reef Club My only gripe and maybe I'm nitpicking but I'm also ocd when it comes to cleanliness is the fans blades always get missed when cleaning the units.

The complex is old, but the particular unit has been renovated. The pictures reflect reality. The unit is small--sufficient for two people. The place stands out in its location and ease of access to the beach. If you're looking for amenities, big crowds and a lot of extras, then this is not it. If you're looking for smaller crowds, two chairs and an umbrella (service is included with your stay) that won't be placed behind other rows, and a short walk to the beach, then this is for you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing in Destin for decades, but this is the first time we have stayed East of Henderson Beach State Park. The Coral Reef Club is an older property, but it is well maintained and very convenient to the beach as well as shopping and other attractions. It is also away from the hi-rise properties, so the beach was not congested, even in peak season. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and evidently enjoy their work because they are always smiling and offering a greeting as you walk by. We will stay here again.
