Stayed Nov 8, 2025I enjoyed my stay. The house is very clean and well maintained. The space is a finished basement with a private entrance, and it feels very peaceful and secluded even though the owners live upstairs.The bed was comfortable, the temperature control worked well, and the space was quiet at night — great for relaxing after a long day.The televisions are smart TVs with proprietary built-in apps. I wasn’t able to AirPlay/stream from my preferred phone or tablet, so a few more streaming options or casting compatibility would be helpful for future guests.Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would return. The hosts clearly put effort into making the space comfortable and welcoming.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Nice, quiet neighborhood. Kid's park just around the corner from the house. I was not aware that this VRBO was a basement of a house and so that was a little surprising. Communication by host was excellent. Cleanliness was not the best.
