Contemporary condo near the beach Shared pool, gym & theater for guests

Loved this place and will come back. The location was amazing. Great view of the ocean and pool. Large condo....lots of space! The condo itself was very clean, but we were here for three weeks and the outside was sometimes not very clean. People were leaving their trash without taking it to the trash shoot and it would sit there for several days. We were right by the elevator and trash accumulated there several times.

We have stayed in this building six times, all in different condos. You can't lose with this location. This was our first stay in this condo. The layout and pictures matched the pics exactly. The mattresses were older, uncomfortable, and need to be replaced, as well as the TVs. While we were at the beach and spending little time in the condo, I was surprised at the size and quality of the TVs. TVs are too inexpensive not to provide a decent size, smart TV in 2024. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and Destin, as always.

The amenities at this place exceeded our expectations. From fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms to modern bathroom, everything was thoughtfully provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed this condo. It’s very spacious and was perfect for our group! It’s very easy to get to, right off the elevator. Pool and beach access was great. The grounds are very pretty! Location is also great. All around excellent experience and would definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely beautiful, my family enjoyed eating breakfast in the balcony with the beautiful view of the ocean and condo grounds. It is convenient to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and you can order through door dash. We got locked out of the condo due to the door’s lock battery leaking but Vacasa especially Lawana went above and beyond to make sure my family is well taken care of during this time. She went to the property after hours to handle the matter and also issued us some refund due to the inconvenience then the property manager also checked on us the following day. We absolutely love it and will definitely go back next year!

We have visited Destin six other times before and this was one of the best condos we have stayed in. It worked perfectly for our family of 8. The two master suites were nice in that the two couples didn't have to compromise on who got the master. Would stay here again and would recommend.
