Situated right downtown in a beautiful historic row of mansions, you'll find this condo has old world charm paired with modern amenities. The vintage hardwood floors, baseboards, and other historic details will take you back in time to the 1800's, but the comfortable furniture, clean atmosphere, stocked kitchen, comfy bed, smart TV, and wifi meet today's traveler's needs. This condo is one of five in a large historic house on Front Street.

Your condo is private with a private entrance, and is one of 5 is an amazing historic home. You can chill out on the shared porch or sit outside in backyard on the patio. You'll have access to a shared laundry room with coin operated machines inside. You'll also get one parking pass to park a normal size car or small pickup behind the house (free parking in downtown Wilmington!!)

We are here when you need us and invisible when you don't. Ada prides herself on speedy replies. We're here for you if you need us.

This condo is located in arguably the nicest block of Old Wilmington's historic mansion district. The architecture around the neighborhood is stunning, with mansions and large single family homes. Treat yourself to downtown's finest.

If you walk out the front door onto Front Street, you'll see the glamorous Dudley Mansion from 1825, a stunning 10,000 sq ft estate that was home to North Carolina's first Governor. If you walk out the back door and down the quaint alley driveway to 2nd Street, you'll see block after block of gorgeous Victorian homes. If you love old houses and turn of the century architecture, be sure to make some time to take it in!

Just walk!!! You're very close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, entertainment, the waterfront and riverwalk, museums, and ghost tours!

Uber's are everywhere!
The trolley is free and drives by.
Free parking means you can come and go as you like.

Located less than a half hour drive from either Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach.

Parking:
Free parking behind the house: You have one (1) free parking spot! The alley entrance to the parking area is 9 feet wide. That means you cannot fit a large work van or a big work truck and trailers are not allowed.

Free Parking on the Street: Everyone in Wilmington knows that street parking is a drag unless you know a local with a Historic District Parking Pass. Now you do. If your truck is too big, or you need more than one space we can get you a parking pass. Contact us, pay a $50.00 deposit (returned when the pass is returned) and you'll get a parking pass that you can use on any non metered space downtown and park free!!

Laundry:
There is an on site laundry facility. We try and keep soaps in there in case you need some. The machines and the laundry room are shared with the other guests but are seldom in use.

Checkout:
Checkout is 11am, but we can offer late checkout as availability allows. 12pm checkout is $20, and 1pm checkout is $30. Please contact us first and if we can accommodate your late checkout, we will be happy to.

    Location fantastic, able to walk all downtown. Highly recommend Concorde Espresso Bar 2 blocks away. Bnb was cozy with cute character. It was great to stay in a historic house and get that unique experience. Comfy couch, very clean, had all the amenities we needed, fans were great during the warm weather. Free parking is a treasure!

    Really great spot. Situated on Front St. minutes from coffee, bars/restaurants and shops. The bedroom had a ton of space and the bed was very comfortable. The snacks and water were an added touch after a long drive. Having a parking spot located behind the unit was a real win!

    The owners of this property ensured that we had everything we would need during our stay, with much appreciated additional touches including an umbrella by the door, a bowl full of treats to eat, and coffee/condiments for the Keurig coffee maker. Also, the location is second-to-none! We had short and easy walks to the historic downtown area, the charming neighborhood houses, and the Riverwalk.
