This condo is a corner unit with a ground level walkout. It can easily sleep 7 people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite is a king bed with an en suite bathroom and patio access. The second bedroom has a king bed and a jack-and-jill entrance to a shared bathroom accessed by the main living area. The third bedroom has a trundle bed and a bunkbed with a full mattress on the bottom and single on top.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Everything went so well! Katrina and her husband were so helpful and kind! The condo was perfect. It was clean, updated, in a great location, and there were so many little extras that many vrbo’s don’t have any more such as beach towels, TP, paper towels, spices, garbage bags, etc. We would love to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 14, 2025We have stayed at several condos/homes over the past 10-15 years. This location is really one of the best. It is close to the Public Beach for launching your boat- which, the condo has a decent size slip available that is a nice bonus! The slip is truly a short walk to the condo! It is not so far out of the way to make a trip to Fish and Company or to breakfast at Jolly’s. Condo positives: *Very clean! *Great deck, can see the dock. *Located in a quiet cove! *Friendly neighbors *Very well stocked with the basics! *Perfect layout for large groups/families. *Nicely decorated *Kind and communicative owners We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The place was very well kept and the other people staying at the condos were friendly. One in particular, Steve, was very informative and exemplary. The only thing maybe to improve would be Kleenex. Very nice place and we would stay again.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We loved our stay at Katrina and Casey's condo!! The owner's were very responsive and easily accessible. The condo was beautiful, clean, had comfy beds, ample space for my fam of 5 and was WELL STOCKED!! Loved having basic amenities available. Minimal stairs to access condo and minimal/no stairs to boat dock (with lift!). Everyone in my family agreed that this is our new favorite Osage Beach condo. We will definitely return!

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Our family has had a unit in Parkview Bay for 25+ years but we are outgrowing it and need to rent additional units for large family trips. So I am very familiar with Parkview Bay and the location. Let me just say this unit has to be one of the nicest and newest in the whole complex. We plan on renting this same unit for our annual trip next year. Katrina was absolutely fantastic and very responsive with any question we had. Not a single negative with this unit, everything was perfect!
