Condo on the River-Million Dollar View!

The parking was excellent..the view superb with boat activity.the suite was very convenient and equipped , with an excellent bed The down points were Very Poor window treatments,which I understand are to be replaced. The bathroom is small and old...it could stand to have a replacement shower built. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to be part of the downtown ambiance.The property manager is SUPER in dealing with problems immediately.

This was our second year in Wilmington. We loved it before and fell in love a little more this time. The condo is very well taken care of. Very clean. Bed was super comfy. Very pleasant sitting on deck and enjoying the view. Rob, the host was great. 5 star rating for sure

As advertised. Take advantage of the gravel lot across the street. Daily 25 parking passes available once you scan the code in the room.

The views are amazing. Room was exactly as presented. Really good shape with everything you need. Walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown on the waterfront. Standing above the boardwalk sipping coffee while watching the sun come up...come on...what more do you want.

The location was perfect, right downtown and looking over the water. It was close to everything. We truly enjoyed.Thank you so much.

The place was clean, kitchen stocked with all you would need, ac/heat worked great! Parking was easy per check in instructions from the host! Did not have to move my vehicle for the entire stay! Fabulous location and Amazing Views! Saved in my Favorites

This is our second time staying there we love the location it's quiet peaceful but yet so close to everything we will always try to stay there when we're in Wilmington

The rooms were as noted! Very clean and perfect location. Walk almost everywhere in the city and close to many venues. Was even able to go to the US North Carolina naval ship tour using a water taxi right down the road.Contacting the owner was a 10 out of 10 and very helpful. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting to visit the Wilmington area.Truly enjoyed.

We had a very enjoyable stay, great weather except for our last day when a nor easter decided to move up the coast. The condo was perfect for us and a little rest and relaxation.

Condo could use a good cleaning, parking was absolutely terrible and expensive! The view was amazing!! The owner was very easy to contact. Everything worked as it should. The noise from the businesses down stairs always stopped at an appropriate time for an adult bedtime but wouldn't recommend for kids. Very nice town, you can walk to anything you need! The restaurant 128 has amazing food!!!!

Condo was adequately cleaned and in a good area.

The renter should be made aware that there is no dishwasher, also, the bed needs to be freshened up, especially the pillows and comforter. Otherwise, a comfortable space with great views and location .

We enjoyed the location. Walked around a craft festival downtown. Ate at many restaurants. Twenty minute drive to Carolina beach. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching people walk on the riverfront. Gorgeous sunsets. A comfortable, clean unit.

Thank you for having us! Forgot to share with the host that the lightbulb was out in the big lamp in the living room, so we used the bulb from the overhead lamp and forgot to switch it back.Enjoyed being so close to everything! Only recommendations for the future is maybe complimentary shower soap and shampoo if possible. We also had a slat from under the bed fall out that we had to fix. Thank you, again!

I really wanted to love this property, as it was planned for an anniversary celebration. Unfortunately it fell flat and does not live up to 'luxury' as stated in its title. Stars were given for good communication with the host and the location that allowed for beautiful sunset views and sunny mornings from the terrace. Unfortunately, we were turned off by:- the filthy approach to the access/entry stairwell that resembled an abandoned backalley, though it was well lit at night, -the black, decaying shower track and old fixtures in the bathroom with no water stop in the sink, and a broken off doorstop on the floor- black, satin sheets on an old, worn out, saggy and unsupportive mattress with a stained mattress pad- a flimsy barrel bolt lock on the terrace door, not great for safety in such a public place. The place needs updating/TLC or should be renamed for what it is.

Overall, it was very nice. However there were no k-cups as described in the booking. Also, the pin on the awning was broken off so someone may need to look at it.

Awesome... as a licensed REALTOR for 40 years the saying that the 3 most important things about real estate are LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION DEFINITELY APPLIES!

For a recent business trip, local hotel rooms were super-expensive so decided to try staying in this VRBO in the center of downtown Wilmington. Situated right on the Riverwalk, with a balcony almost sitting over the river, this was a great alternative. More space, more light, and immediate access to the places I like to go when not in working meetings.

This was the perfect place for visiting our daughter and Wilmington. The location was incredible and we walked everywhere! The balcony overlooking the river was such a treat. Everything was exactly as described inside. The paid parking across the street was so convenient. Close to all that Wilmington has to offer including beaches, history, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, the battleship, and so much more. Go to Hidden Grounds and Concord for a fun coffee experience! And Kilwins for ice cream! Loved the friendly atmosphere everywhere, live music, and abundance of things to do. We will come back. Place is great!!!!!

The condo was the perfect size for a couple. It was very clean, but had wear & tear what you would expect of an older rental property. Amazing location!!

This place is outstanding. It has an amazing view of the river and is central to so many walkable places. What a gem to own! My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed every second we were here and are already planning on coming back in the future!

We had a wonderful weekend! The condo was perfect for what we were looking for..….exactly as seen online. It was perfect size for us with all the amenities we needed. Rob was an excellent host and the location is amazing! Views of the waterway, boats, the Riverwalk, and people just strolling! We parked the car and didn’t have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere! We can’t wait to return and hope to stay at Rob’s place again!

Nice and clean but could use a couple hours basic maintenance but nothing that would prevent me from returning.

The location and view were awesome. Very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Of course we went on coldest weekend of the year, so we were restricted. I had messaged the host prior but no response. No big deal but the dryer really does not get hot. Our favorite restaurants were next door and now a bar right beside made this a great stay.

We stayed here 2 nights so we could walk the riverfront scene for NYE. It’s a fantastic location.

Stayed over Thanksgiving holiday and everything was as described and perfectly met our needs!

The condo when we reserved and paid for our trip in March was listed as having free parking. When we were IN ROUTE for our stay we received info needed to check in stating there was a daily parking fee. I questioned them and was told that it changed in July because the lot had changed hands. I was not notified of the change. After a lot of arguing, they split the fee with us. It was unfair. Quite honestly, it's not so much the cost of parking as it was the principal. I always look for free parking when we travel and found it very distasteful to be told while in route that there was a daily parking fee. Very poor business practice in my opinion.

Beautiful sunsets, walk to everything. Very clean & great communication with owner Only sour note was parking. Make sure that you pay for parking everyday at 11:00am. If you pay earlier, it only covers though 10:59am the same day.

We loved this place. The location was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was beautiful! The host was really quick to get back to me when I had a question. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk. It rained a lot on our trip, but thanks to the roll-out awning on the balcony, we could still hang out outisde. The condo was clean and well-equipped - coffeemaker for my husband, toaster for my son and hairdryer for me. We didn’t hear any neighbors during our stay. We plan to go back, and we’ve already recommended it to friends!

We could not figure out what the smell was in the unit until we got ready to check out and went to take all of the trash out, and there was a pamper left in the bedroom, trash can from the previous tenants

While this may have not been the best location for us (we have a 3 year old) the condo was great! Clean when we got there, great area and SO MUCH TO DO (if you don't have littles LoL). They even have a small binder with all recommendations, notes, etc. The one thing I wish I knew so ONLY sharing here to help others because it was important to me was that when you park across the street at Chandler's Wharf, make sure not to use their scan/text to pay WAIT UNTIL you get in the apt because they have a special rate of $20/day versus $30 for 6 hours. I did reach out to the parking company which of course, told me I have to reach out to a different company so we'll see how that goes but that's NOT the property's issue. Also, just because you pay for the day doesn't mean you have a guaranteed spot so it's almost like you're better off parking and just walking everywhere. There's SO MUCH TO DO around there! Overall, we had a great experience and we definitely recommend!
