Condo On Little Pigeon River In DwTn Pigeon Forge

Awesome vacation! Clean, well kept and beds were so comfortable! The river beside the condo was so relaxing! The sounds made nap times a must on the balcony!! Enjoyed so much, we booked again in August!! The host kept us updated and check in and check out was a breeze!! Thank you.

Great rental in a very convenient location!

The stay at Bear Crossing was convenient, clean and overall great stay. It was close to the main events. There was a car show during the week which didn't affect our stay at all. We will definitely use this location again.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of the river. Th bear decor was super cute! We really enjoyed our stay and would return never time we do go.

Beautiful view with a walking path to many of the attractions.

Communications from owner was clear and concise. Kitchen was stocked with the necessary pots, pans and utensils.Bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels. Nice balcony overlooking the river. Easy access to the walking path between the Island and Patriot Park. Easy access to parkway and beyond. Would stay here again.John

We have been renting at Bear Crossing for years! Our host, Chris, is always attentive and helpful; checking on us throughout our stay making sure everything is ok. We love the location on the river and the condo is comfortable and clean!

This Condo was very clean. Well stocked. The host were amazimg in responding.to messages. Check in and out easy peasy. Very convient to all of Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend.

Our stay in the condo was near perfect. The location is great. Right on the strip, but quiet with a view of the stream. We even saw a Bald Eagle just off the balcony! The place was roomy and efficient, comfortable. Near Dollywood, The Old Mill, The Island, but as I mentioned, incredibly quiet. We weren’t aware anyone else was around, even on NY Eve. It was everything we wanted and more.

This condo was in a perfect location for downtown Pigeon Forge. We were able to walk to many thing's in the area and avoid traffic. The condo has all the amenities that you need. The one thing I was most excited to see was a FAN for the bedroom. I have to sleep with a fan on and finding one in the condo was very exciting and much appreciated. Last but not least was the accessibility to the condo. Easy to get to, and it had an elevator which made it easy to get my son who is wheelchair bound up to the condo no problem. The designated parking spot was another appreciated amenity. Will stay here again!

Nice condo. Clean and decorated nicely. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived, but was operational when we left. All questions I asked the host were answered promptly.

This condo was immaculate! Super clean and super nice. We were very pleased. The host was very responsive to messages and informed us clearly of what we needed to do. It was such a wonderful location. I think we found our new favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. Also enjoyed being so close to the riverwalk!

The condo was very nice and extremely clean! I loved opening the sliding glass door and hearing the water flow down the creek. Quick and easy communication with the host! I will stay here again, hopefully sooner than later!

Renting this condo was an easy process. Instructions for arrival and departure were timely and were clearly stated. The condo is right smack in the middle of all of the fun activities—but in an area that makes you think you are ‘off the beaten path’. It was beautiful and very clean. When we book a vacation condo, we always look for comfort as well as beauty. The river stream off the balcony was so very peaceful and soothing. Of course, the two Laz-y-boy rocker/recliners in the living area was main thing that sold us on this unit. We will definitely book this unit again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Nice clean condo, beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked with what we needed. Location was great and communication with host was outstanding. The area around the condo was safe and we felt very comfortable walking after dark. Will definitely stay here again! Right at the LeConte center and short walk across bridge. We were in town for the National Quartet Convention and appreciated the location.

Everything was great. Closeness to LeConte Center was perfect.

This place was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed at we have been coming up there and staying for over 20 years and thus was by far the best very clean peaceful river right behind coukd see easily from balcony and great location HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Very nice Condo and very clean and it was real handy to everything right there in town of pigeon Forge and we will definitely go back.

Beautiful view over looking the river. We were there for a conference at the Laconta Center and it was very convenient being so close. The condo had all hard floors which was very nice knowing that old carpet wouldn’t be stinky and ugly looking. We loved the parking space especially when it was raining. The leather recliners were very comfortable. The mattress was very firm though. Being next to Walgreens was super convenient. The location overall was perfect. My biggest complaint would be with the wall outlets. Nothing we would plug in would stay properly. Which was dangerous knowing an electrical fire could erupt. They desperately need replaced. The scent plug ins was very overpowering but was easily resolved by unplugging them. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own box fan. The concrete on the balcony was very clean! Fix the electrical outlets and the place will be perfect.

Assigned covered parking was fantastic, door code worked great, very clean, well equipped kitchen, cold refrigerator, air conditioning worked great, nice patio furniture on the balcony.

I would definitely stay here again. Great trip and memories

Very nice and would definitely rent again

I found this condo to be excellent. The location is great; you could walk to several area attractions if you did not want to fight the trafic. An added bonus was the ability to sit on the bacony and listen to the Pigeon River at night. The condo had a step in shower, which was great for my mom. The covered parking was a nice bonus. Check in was easy, and the owners were responsive when i had to communicate with them. I will stay here again.

We loved the condo! It was perfectly located and easy to get in and out. Very clean and very well laid out. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The personal parking space was high since we had rain during our stay we were dry getting in and out of the car. We will stay here again

We had a wonderful time with our daughter and our two granddaughters. The condo was beautiful and clean and very comfortable after a day of hiking in the mountains.

We really enjoyed the stay. The property has a great location and a beautiful view to the riverside. It is exactly as described.

Condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for a family of five. The view of the river was beautiful. The Christmas decorations were nice and it was a short walk to the Christmas Light Walkway along the river.

Property was great, perfect for our family of 3. Awesome location right on the Parkway, close to everything. Riverwalk was just across the bridge behind us; 1/2 mile to the island; 1/2 mile to the Old Mill. Would 100% stay here again!

Condo is very nice, comfortable beds, beautiful fireplace, and huge whirlpool tub to relax in. Balcony is perfect for sitting and looking over the water and listening to it flowing over the rocks-so peaceful. Perfect location in the heart of town to see the Christmas lights and a quick walk over to the LeConte Center. Perfect place to stay. Owner super nice.

This property was exactly as pictured in the pictures. It was the perfect space and location for my Mother-in-Law and I. I loved the view from the balcony, watching and listening to the creek was so relaxing. We will be booking this condo for our next visit. The host was nice and responded quickly to my messages. There were no problems with anything in the condo and the 3 tv’s worked perfectly.

We enjoy watching TV after a day of activities and even though there is a large Tv in the living room, there were no local channels and we do not subscribe to Netflix etc, so we weren’t able to watch anything of interest. Should at least provide one movie option. Would be nice if there were at least two days oh towels per person so you don’t have to do laundry daily. The location is very convenient and a quiet area.

Very nice clean condo. Perfect access to the Laconte Center. My wife needed to be at the ladies conference so the location is perfect.
