Condo on Homosassa River with Covered Boat Slip.

Loved watching boat and Dolphin activity on the River. Great location for local attractions and close enough to the Withlacoochee Rails to Trails bike trail for daily rides. Electronic recliner chairs were so very comfortable and the bed mattress the best ever.

We have been snow birds duringi February and March for the past two years. This rental is the perfect place to enjoy Florida. Easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, etc. The condo has recently been renovated and the owners have done a wonderful job in making it a very comfortable and clean place to stay. The river is just a few feet away and it's very relaxing to watch all the activity on the river. We were very impressed with this condo and hope to rent again in the future.

Spent the month of January, and the condo worked out exceptionally well - the layout is very efficient, and wonderfully maintained. The river front accessibility was terrific, as we towed our boat down from Ohio. Caught lots of fish in the river, even some blue crabs from the dock. Terrific restaurants in the area - the Freezer is a great local pub with wonderful shrimp/crab/chowder options - at very reasonable prices. Condo is close to everything, providing all the amenities we were looking for. Wildlife is everywhere in the area, had a great time exploring the backroads and wildlife management areas. Tim was very prompt in answering any questions we had, and a great resource for ideas about things to do in the area. Overall our experience was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to recommend the unit to anyone interested in spending time in that area.

I was looking for a place on the river to rent for a couple of months and was fortunate enough to find this condo. It was perfect for my needs. It is a second floor two bedroom condo with a bathroom in each room. The condo has excellent living space and a screened in back patio that over looks the beautiful river. Not only is it directly river front, it is wonderfully stocked, REALLY CLEAN, and the owners are very fair, as well as, incredible to work with. I would not hesitate to rent again and/or recommend to family/friends.

Wanting to leave the cold North, I visited VRBO to locate a nice winter retreat. We were not dissapointed with our rental. It was everything that it was advertised to be. Clean, cosey, comfortable, well stocked, conveniently located and wonderful to watch manatees swim by in their own natural habitat. We hope to come back in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a charming place to spend the winter.
