Stayed Mar 18, 2024Nice condo and very affordable. Recovering from back surgery it wasn't super accessible but I should have researched more. Ample parking. Nice and sunny for winter, stays warm and cozy. The work spaces came in very handy. We would definitely return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Worked well for our quick 2-night ski weekend. It accommodated our party of 6 well enough. Clean. Easy access - short walk from parking area.

Stayed Feb 9, 2024Our family of four staying for ski trip. We loved this place featuring modern decor and appliances. Awesome small amenities that we really appreciated such as humidifier, good cookware, grill, boot dryers, large screen tv. Convenient location to grocery in Fraser and just a couple miles from Winter Park downtown Host had great communication with us! Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed in Fraser for a baseball tournament. This place was as advertised! Accommodations were great. We had plenty of room for our family as we were in and out over the weekend. Access from check in to check out was very easy. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to not have to shack up in a hotel for the long weekend. The host was very communicative. We would definitely stay here if necessary.

Stayed Dec 9, 2022We stayed here for around 2 months. Everything was fantastic & communication with the hosts was superb. The apartment is well appointed, with a great outlook & central location. All beds were super comfortable & bedrooms decorated beautifully. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 30, 2022Whole-heartedly impressed by the thoughtfulness of Mike and Jay, from the detailed Welcome Book to checking in with us during our stay. We loved all the little quirky notes/instructions. Loved how everything was labeled and clearly laid out/explained. Chose this apartment specifically for its cozy couch as a place to reconnect and have long chats with a college friend. Visited at the end of Sept. and treated to an amazing show of Fall color. Totally recommend the apartment and thoroughly impressed by the hosts and property!
