Condo Near Vanderbilt, Belmont, Music Row + Free Parking

The property was good as far as having everything we needed and more. The issue we experience was the toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose.

We loved the location!

The house was tidy and organized. Great location, we do lots of walking. Parking was easy.

My brother-in-law and I were in Nashville because my sister was having surgery at VUH. We loved this VRBO because it had two bedrooms and baths, had a great kitchen, had a washer and dryer, and was in a great area. It was also within walking distance which was very convenient. We had to extend our stay twice and the host was extremely helpful. I hope I can stay here again when I’m in town for some fun.

As advertised, very clean property, comfortable bedrooms, and well appointed kitchen. Great location, easy walk to Vanderbilt or Belmont. Would stay again!

This is the second time this year my daughter and I have stayed in this apartment. We love the location, close to shops and restaurants. The balcony is great to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Furniture is very stylish as well as comfortable. Love this place.

Stayed while a family member was at Vanderbilt. About a 10 minute walk to the hospital grounds. Perfect for family to have some downtime when needed during our week stay.

Nice place, great host

My wife and I traveled to Nashville for a concert. It was a convenient ride-share distance to Nissan Stadium. It was a great place to stay. Located in a great area of Nashville. Many nice shops and restaurants are located near the condo. The condo was very nice and well-kept. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

We booked this rental for a short weekend getaway. It was great! Clean, easy to get to, safe area. Walkable to Belmont University, Vanderbilt, Hillsboro, 12 South shopping etc. Quick scooter/uber/drive to music row and downtown. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. I loved the outdoor balcony to drink my morning coffee. Location is wonderful for shopping and dining. Great parking available especially for the neighborhood. Host was very prompt and helpful.

It was the perfect rental. I felt totally taken care of. I’ve stayed in probably 100 vacation rentals. Perfect location.

The location was great for our group being centrally located to several Nashville neighborhoods and within walking distance to food and shopping. Communication was excellent with property manager. Everything was as described!

We rented this VRBO due to its ideally centralized location between Belmont University and the 21st Street and 12th Street South shopping, restaurant and love music areas near Music Row. We were not disappointed with the choice of location. The coffee station setup was excellent with ample fresh ground coffee conveniently provided in a sealed glass container with ample coffee cups close by! The rooms and shared areas were clean and tastefully furnished. The only things that keep me from eating this an overall excellent was the amount of street noise and central air ambient noise combining to make it at times hard to sleep. It may not be something easily corrected given the proximity to the very busy streets on either side of this particular building.

We celebrated Thanksgiving in Nashville with family. The kitchen was great for cooking. The neighborhood was great for breakfast and shopping on Black Friday.

We didn't use the kitchen at all--- so if you're curious about that, can't help you there. There was a coffee maker, filters, and coffee but we didn't use that either. The location is WONDERFUL! We were able to walk to get meals and the Pancake Pantry is a must. It was a short easy drive to the park to see Athena and Taylor's bench, if you're a Swifty. Easily avoided for the non-Swifties. It's a quick easy drive to Broadway if that's your style and if you're coming to check out campuses in the area, it's an ideal place to stay. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. Check in was SUPER easy. We got there earlier than planned and they weren't 100% ready for us, but a quick check allowed us to at least drop our bags inside (THANK YOU AGAIN!) so our snacks didn't melt. When we returned, the lights were on and it was so nice to have that bright and homey touch. Bathrooms are clean and the hot water was fantastic. The couch is comfy and the table chairs are pleasant to sit in as well. Would highly recommend staying here. We felt safe walking to meals and shopping and got great sleep.

Awesome location in a safe area. Restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Loved our stay, property managers were very easy to work with and attentive if we needed anything (we didn’t have any issues). Would stay again!

We came to Nashville for a quick weekend to see our daughter who goes to school there. The property was just perfect for our stay. We got into town early thanks to a direct flight and were able to get in for an early check in. Genevive was great to work with and was quick to respond to my questions. I would stay here again!

Very convenient location, restaurants in walking distance.

Property was clean and very close to Broadway. Best price we found and felt it was worth what we paid. We felt very safe for our stay, every so much that there was a expensive 20v drill left by AC units and was still there when we checked out. there when we left.

We were in town for a college orientation. The location was very close to campus and various restaurants and shopping.
