Stayed Jan 3, 2026Relaxing condo right next to Belmont and walkable distance to nearby sights. Condo was clean and staging was very pretty. Never had an issue with the dedicated parking, even with a large vehicle. Host provided information well before check in and was very prompt in responding to questions. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Stayed Oct 22, 2025Recently stayed at this property for a couples trip. Perfect spot for 2 couples as each have their own room and full bathroom. Great location off strip, cheap uber to broadway. Clean and safe neighborhood. Walkable to Vanderbilt and music row. Unit had all the amenities you need. Check in was easy, and host communicated with us throughout our stay. Gladly stay here again.

Stayed Sep 30, 2025The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and the corner balcony is great to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning. It is in a great location to visit restaurants or shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024I needed a place to stay after a medical procedure at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and this place was ideal! It was close to the hospital, but also seemed a world away, being tucked back in the neighborhood. So many restaurants and shops are within a walkable distance. The place itself was clean and bright. We will be back!

Stayed Aug 31, 2024The location was excellent! We were able to walk to the Vanderbilt football game as well as a variety of different restaurants and boutiques. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is some of the chairs were not very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay though and would book this unit again.
