Stayed Feb 24, 2023I arrived after the scheduled check-in time on the 1st day of the confirmed reservation. The Property Contact never forwarded my reservation to the Property Management. Attempts to contact the Property Contact listed (via phone call and text) went unanswered. VRBO attempted to contact the Property Contact with no success. I had to find another place to stay for this trip, as VRBO nor the Property Management were able to confirm my reservation even though I had the property ID and confirmation number. I am now having to persist on a refund for this reservation. The property should be delisted from VRBO immediately.
