Condo: Easy Access and Includes Small 1 Car Garage

Great location

Quiet, easy access. Garage too small for our Tacoma to fit under the boxes in the front. Host very accommodating to our schedule alterations.

It was a great place to stay!! I would have preferred a little softer bed though.

Condo was described perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and plan on hopefully returning to it for next years event.

This place is super. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. It doesn't have any stairs, there isnt anyone above you and it has a garage available.It has very responsive owners. Highly recommend !

Laura's unit was perfect for my wife and me. We stayed 2 weeks and look forward to booking again for next year. One great feature of the unit is that it includes a locking garage - great for storing our bikes and golf clubs. The unit is conveniently located close to the river trail system and a short block away from the desert trail system. Instructions were clear and checking in was a breeze. We stayed 2 nights while in town helping a friend with a wedding. Easy location to find and within a reasonable distance from food and shopping.

Great central location for our 1 week stay in St George. Nice facilities and very clean, well stocked unit. We enjoyed the pool area to relax in at the end if our very busy days of hiking and bikinh

This has become our go-to property when we come to St George. It’s immaculate and comfortable, the perfect size for two. We love the easy access to the trail system and the excellent resort facilities. Laura and John are wonderful and attentive hosts.

I’ve stayed in the same complex but not this unit before. This unit has a nice carpeted balcony with a great view. House was clean and in great order and was the perfect spot for my daughter and I to attend her softball tournament. Thank you!

We enjoyed the security for our bicycles that the unit's garage provided. Access from our car was easy with just two steps to navigate. The rear deck was quiet and had a good view. The bed was very comfortable as were the furnishings. We were both surprised as to how quiet the location was even on Memorial Day weekend when the Sports Village seemed fully occupied. Laura was quick to respond to our questions and went out of her way to mail us a three way plug we left behind when we departed. We would stay here again and look no further should our travels bring us to Saint George in the future.
