Completely renovated oceanfront condo w/washer/dryer & shared pool/tennis

Great unit with a beautiful ocean view! Smelled fresh and clean upon arrival. Contemporary furnishings with a coastal vibe. Well appointed kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was beautiful from decor to scenic views! It was very well stocked with appliances, paper products, towels, beach chairs, etc . We would definitely come back! Communication was spot on too!

It was wonderful! Everything we wanted for our anniversary trip! It was quiet and we could see the ocean from our balcony. The unit was very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

The room is decorated nicely, just needed a little cleaning and maintenance. There was a dead bird on the patio, the bathroom sink did not drain and the dishwasher two mounting screws were missing and it wobbled around when opening and closing. The view was good.

Took 3 days to get shower functional. Handle was broken and tried multiple times to get assistance with repair. VACASA promised an adjustment to our fee, but have not approached us at all with any compensation.

Beautiful condo on a nice quiet stretch of beautiful beach, with seashells everywhere.

Everything was wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated & is in a great location. The only negative is that there was a large pile of sand in the bottom of the dryer. I had to clean it before I could use it. But otherwise, everything was great! We loved it!

The condo was lovely. Great location on AI…close to stores, restaurants and downtown Fernandina Beach. Property and amenities well maintained and super easy beach access. Quiet and relaxing, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and water views throughout. Hope to return.

Anniversary trip for an extended weekend with my husband. Pros: The condo was clean, comfortable and has an amazing view. Beach is beautiful and clean. The location is great with lots of things to do and plenty of restaurants to try. Cons: When we arrived the gate and door code did not work and we eneded up being stuck outside for over an hour. Jennifer arrived and was very helpful. She was not able to get the door code to work so she provided us with a key and remote for the gate. There is a bit of a smoke smell but not overwhelming. The bed is pretty worn and sinks in as soon as you sit/lay down.

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. Right on the beach with a perfect view of the sunrise every morning. Very clean and provided everything we needed. Perfect for a couple!

Clean, close to the beach, quiet.

Upon arrival unit had a pungent odor of cigarette smoke. Contacted Vacasa & they didn’t acknowledge my concerns at all & just said leave a review. Toilet was cracked at the base. Scam to book this as nonsmoking when it smells like ashtrays. Vacasa encouraged me to post a review, but when I did it suspiciously never got posted online, only super high ratings are actually posted. Super disappointing and will not be coming back

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at this condo. It was exquisitely updated and decorated. The bed was very comfortable and everything that was needed was provided in the kitchen. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the living room, bedroom and porch was perfect. I look forward to my next stay in this condo.
