Stayed Oct 12, 2025The view from the master and balcony is stunning! We loved being close to everything! Condo is very nice! Only complaint would be that the master bed room gets extremely hot during the day even with the fan on it feels like a sauna! We had to keep the blinds closed all day with the fan on and it was still hot! Also some of the door knobs do not lock! Will still stay here again!

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Was not clean, did not have enough towels for 10 people, dryer was not working, rude beach service, rude security, way too rules (don't feed the birds, don't turn your balcony light on etc) way too many people and some elevators broke down, so long wait on elevators. Will not do Condo stay again and certainly not here. Will always rent a house from now on.

Stayed May 30, 2024This was an extremely nice condo with unbelievable views and super clean. The location was right across the road from big kahunas water park and adventure park, less than 10 min to the harbor boardwalk and about 22 minutes to the baytowne marina. Saw super friendly security in the parking lot and around the pool area, which left me feeling secure. Overall definitely somewhere I would stay again and again and again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2022The elevators smelled musty, the code did not always work to get into the rental. The rental was nice, just like the pictures. We had trouble with getting the hot water to work. The bedrooms near the front need blackout curtains, the lights outside shine through the blinds when sleeping at night. Overall the beach was great and the condo had a beautiful view.

Stayed Mar 27, 2022The condo looks exactly as pictured! Had some issues with the dishwasher when we first arrived but they came to fix it the next day. The condo was beautiful and had amazing views to the ocean I would most definitely return! 10/10 recommend!
