Completely Renovated Affordable Condo in Great Location

No hidden suprises

We were looking for a 3 month rental while our home was being built. This property worked out beautifully. Great location away from the city but close to grocery and shopping malls. Secure area with wonderful amenities. The only down side would be the fact that it is an upstair unit. Would highly recommend.

Great condo only downside was the bed was very uncomfortable.

Adele and Vince were extremely helpful and responsive with any questions and issues we had (only a couple of minor things). Vince even gave me good referrals for work that I needed done on my classic car. We were there in the heart of the summer months and the only drawback was the noise of the air conditioning unit (probably not an issue in other months). Otherwise, everything worked well and the condo was clean and fully equipped for an extended stay. The complex was also well-maintained and the pool was clean and large enough for lap swimming. Laundry facilities were clean and functional. All of the neighbors were friendly and welcoming and we plan on seeing some of them again (we relocated here and stayed at the condo while we looked for a house). They were/are our friends now. The location is away from the city centers, but it's a nice area and almost everything you need is just a short drive away, with highway 60 nearby for easy freeway access. You get a great view of Superstition Mountain from the balcony. All in all, it's a great bargain and we are pleased with our first, albeit temporary, residence in Arizona.

We rented Adele's condo Jan. thru March/2015. The condo is very nice with updated appliances, clean and furnished with everything you would need and more. A new recliner brought in for us a few days after arriving, very comfy and also the sofa sleeper in this unit is very comfortable. Desert Sun has lots of activities and a very nice pool & hot tub. The residents are friendly and helpful to answer any questions you may have about restaurants, hiking and sights to go see in the area. Adele and Vince are great people to rent from and would definitely recommend this condo.

My wife and I rented Adele's condo for three months (Jan = Mar) of 2014. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked and recently renovated. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the Superstition Mountains out the front window. The complex, Desert Sun, offered lots of activities, and friendly residents. The pool / hot tub was very nice. This location was really nice if you like getting out into the mountains and hike, there are lots of trails of varying difficulty. Adele was great to rent from and was very flexible when we needed to come early. We would strongly recommend this unit.
