Stayed Mar 22, 2024The condo was lovely. It had plenty of room for my family including three grandchildren. We loved the view and wraparound deck. Very pretty sunsets and sunrises too. The Terrace building is set back a bit from the gulf, but easy access to the beach. The kids loved the Terrace building pool. It was lovely, heated, and the used it morning, afternoon, and evening. The only drawback to the property is beach access. All the surrounding properties are segregated as private property and a lot of people stay at the Pelican Resort. But the beautiful sand and the lovely water do make up for it, especially if you just want to play in the water and the sand. But the beach setup for rental, or private setup is less than ideal.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023View from balcony was great. Awesome accommodations. The only problem we had with stay is if you don’t rent a umbrella from the resort your screwed trying to use your own to wach your grand kids in the water. The “private beach” part was our only complaint.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023This was our first time staying at the Terrace and our first time in Destin. Our condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 6. The 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms were the perfect set up. The condo was clean on arrival and the check in was smooth. We had a great view of everything. The beach was just a short walk from our place and the pool was one of our favorite places to be. It was an easy drive to the ball park for games and an easy drive or walk to lots of great places in the area for food & shopping. Thank you so much for a great stay!
