Jana was an excellent host and her clean, centrally accessible, and all factors considered townhouse made for a wonderful stay in old town Scottsdale!

Wonderful renovated property with great furnishings. Just as described and shown in photos. Communication with owner was excellent. We will be back.

The property was perfect…close to our wedding venue in Old Scottsdale. Beautifully remodeled and perfect layout for my husband and I with our grown son.

This Vrbo was fantastically located and close to Old Town Scottsdale and other shopping! The pool area is beautifully maintained however they could use a few more lounge chairs. Loved listening to all the birds in the palm trees! The owners were very kind and quick to respond when I called to ask questions and get items that were needed. I would recommend this place for sure!

Family loved condo's central location..... Old Town, Fashion Square, restaurants, exercise paths, T.J. Maxx, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants) and night life - walked to all. Condo is clean and very well appointed. Complex grounds are secure/safe and spotless. Enjoyed the outstanding large pool and hot tub just outside the condo's front door. Reserved covered parking was a plus for our two week stay. An excellent value; better than advertised. Coordinating with Jana - a breeze. Would stay again. Highly recommend you give this condo a try.

Host was very responsive, location was good, unit was upgraded, kitchen nicely stocked with all the essentials.However, bedding including mattresses and pillows should upgraded.

Host was super accommodating as she let us stay a couple extra hours since our plane left late and no one was coming into the condo. Location was excellent. Close to everything. Condo decorated nicely, clean, and well supplied. Would definitely stay again.

House is in a perfect central location. The remodeling was beautiful! Only thing I would improve is use better quality bed sheets and improve the cleanliness of the towels. I had to wash towels before use. There were stains and not freshly washed.

The place was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the little patio and the pool/hot tub!

Excellent location, host was amazing on responding, well equipped, beautiful decor- everything you need for a stay- we did not get a chance to use pool or hot tub but location to condo was suburb. We will definitely stay again.

We had such a great stay! Great location close to restaurants, bars, and hiking trails. The condo was perfect size with plenty of space to cook and hangout. The patio was especially nice in the evenings and the pool was fun during the day.

The condo was very clean and in a great location! The owner has put a lot of thought into making sure guest are comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Wanted to check in early to rest and shower before a concert that evening. Walked into the place and the main bathroom was torn apart for last minute water leak. I was so exhausted from the trip--it was very upsetting. The glass shower door was lying across the bed and drywall, power tools etc consumed the bathroom. The leakdelayed our 4:00 check in so the owner gave us the day with no charge. We were only there for 3 days so it put a HUGE damper on our trip. The owner was not overly concerned with the situation and reacted like I was at fault for being upset about the construction, which he was aware of the day before, but he neglected to let us know. I was unable to book a hotel or other place so we had to stay. This was one of the most upsetting situations that I have experienced in traveling and I have traveled quite a bit. I will never stay in this place again and I will definitely re-think VRBO for not making sure the unit was ready.

The place was conveniently located, and the pool was amazing. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. The condo could use a deep clean.

Very nice, comfortable and it’s location makes it convenient to most everywhere.

It was a very good place for a weekend. A/C needs freon though adn a few small detail like shower curtains need to be replaced. But over all, good quiet place.

This property is lovely. It's clear the owner put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. This location has a great community pool, and a lovely small patio at the back of the unit. It's close to everything we enjoy about Scottsdale. Thanks, Jana, for a great stay.

Condo was excellent. The remodel was done tastefully and loved everything about it. Loved that the pool was very nice and close to the condo. Would stay there again.

Great location for many events.

My wife and I took our son to Arizona to climb mountains for his 30th birthday. The location and layout of this rental property was perfect for our vacation, and in a very safe area with plenty of places to eat and shop. We had a few minor issues, but the property manager, Jana was very responsive and helpful. If the rating was between 1 and 10, I would have given it a 9.

Wonderful stay… agree with all the other reviews. Wonderful location, well equipped condo. Nothing wanting! Great communication. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Scottsdale.

Property was very nice. Clean, spacious and modern. Janna was easy to communicate with. Bed was a bit soft for my liking. Iron didn’t seem to work and extra dish towels would have been welcome. Otherwise everything was great!

Great visit in this property. When we ran in to a hiccup with our accommodations due to an unforeseen circumstance for maintenance on the compound, the property manager was very prompt in responding and making things right without us asking. Everything was better than expected. We will definitely use this facility again when visiting Phoenix, AZ in the future. Thank you!
