Stayed Jul 20, 2025Pros: Our unit 323A was great! Lots of cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. There is plenty of room in the unit. The beds were very comfortable. Large screen tv’s. Nice deck with comfortable chairs and large table. Plenty of seating in the living room. Cons: Only one bath towel, wash cloth per person. There are no luggage carts at the complex, so we had to make several trips. There is only one assigned parking space and we had trouble finding a parking space for our second vehicle. Pool closes too early. I would recommend this unit and this beach area for a quiet and relaxing trip.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We loved our stay at this property. It is decorated beautifully, the beds are extremely comfortable, and it includes all the cookware you need. Once 10 pm rolls around it’s very quiet and great for families.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The beds were so comfortable. The couches were amazing almost every seat reclined. You can see the ocean and the bay from the balcony. It was a win-win. We loved it.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024A really great little spot for a family vacation with 3 young kids. The building was right on the ocean so easy beach access, the pool was great, easy quiet spot at the end of “the strip” to get in and out of. The condo was spacious and had everything that we needed for cooking meals. The Mexican restaurant was a nice bonus to have within walking distance too! Everything was clean, towels and linens were provided, would definitely recommend!

Stayed Sep 16, 2023It was clean. There were only a few minor problems. We bought toilet paper since there were only 3 rolls available in a condo with 2 bathrooms. We bought trash bags and electric dishwasher detergent. The closest grocery store was at least 10 miles away, and where I come from, that’s not convenient. However, it’s waterfront with wonderful views from balcony, it was quiet and the condo as a whole was comfortable. I will most definitely rent again from this company.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had to make the best of a bad situation. There are no identifying markers to let you know what building was A or B. The construction was a big turn off. At no time were we made aware the property was under construction. The door was full of dead bugs an issue a good power wash could have resolved. The unit had obvious signs of repairs and some unfinished repairs. Items were left in the unit, several light bulbs were out or lights were not operational. The shower head had a terrible leak and sprayed water more than just in the shower. Our unit was right next to a elevator that WAS NOT OPERATIONAL?. Later found out this elevator had been down 3 months?. Again no notice. Locating parking was a nightmare, no direction of where spaces where, the map provided was unclear. The non-numbered parking spaces for guest were very very limited with no alternative parking available. We left the property 3 days into our 5 day stay to return and all the elevators were out and our access cards were deactivated. No notice or warning from anyone. Contacted VACASA local office during listed business hours several times, no answer. Found a VACASA maintenance guy on property who told us only 1 elevator worked, went to that elevator and my access card did not work. Called the number listed on the front office door advised of issue and was told someone would call me. Received a text instead on how to get in building. Once in, there were no elevators accessible. Text back to ask where elevators where response was If you are able to climb one set of stairs in the lobby, then cross the pool area to the other side. There directly across is an elevator. The miscommunication was very disturbing. After several text I was told Let me have my manager call you. Thanks. Received a call from VACASA and no ownership was taken just pointed blame to the Condo Association. As a renter I am extremely upset that we had to endure such treatment and no resolution or offer of compensation was extended. The money paid definitely did not reflect the quality or service.
