There was a walkway to the beach I liked that

The property smelled of sewer, as did the condo at times. There were cockroaches three times in our condo and the front desk didn’t seem concerned at all! The shower leaked and the overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired.

Beautiful location with quick access to beach. The community is kind, safe and located close to many amenities!It was our first time in Destin and the white sand and emerald waters were more beautiful than imagined!

We had an amazing time. Everything about this place was great. There were just a few things we would’ve wished could’ve been different. One being, we had to pay for beach chair/umbrella rentals. Which would’ve been nice if it would’ve been included, especially because they told us that usually most of the renters pay for them. And the last thing that would’ve been nice was if the screen door of the back porch was new including the furniture in the porch as well. These things aren’t big issues. We had a great stay either way!

The studio is well equipped with plenty of kitchen items and is very close to the beach (2 minutes) and the pool near the other studio condo units. The back porch overlooks the guard shack and entry point so there was occasional traffic. My only complaint about the unit was a very damp foul smell which hit your nose upon entry.

Not only is it a great price, it has everything! Its close to the beach, walking distance, it had a wonderful par 3 golf course and light fishing. There's also great restaurants, a winn dixie across the street and so many more things to do nearby. My family had an awesome time and suggest staying here. Such a great price and location. I highly recommend this !!!

The beach was an easy walk. The water was gorgeous. It’s a private beach. My only complaint is that the beach chairs were not the included in the rental of the condo. Restaurants were easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

From booking online to check in, everything was a breeze. Great customer service. Security waved hello every time I came in. Super clean studio Bed was ridiculously comfortable Had everything I needed for my stay. Will be staying there in the future

The corner kitchen cabinet is falling apart, and the screen door on the back porch does not work on the track. They said someone would look at it but no one ever showed up.Heads up to the next guest: Paper towels and other kitchen items not in the unit. It's BYO kitchen stuff. A good non-stick omelet size pan would be a plus. The stainless one they have was a BEAR to clean.The unit was not ready on time for check in and after a couple of trips to the office and back, I finally got the right codes. Just be patient I suppose.
