Kitchen: Fully stocked for any cooking you desire. Keurig coffee maker with regular and decaf K-cups provided. Full size refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and stacked washer/ dryer in the unit.

Dining: Large dining space with 4-seat table where you can enjoy a home cooked meal or order take-out from one of Oxford’s unique restaurants.

Living room: Take time to relax on the oversized couch while watching your favorite show, or read a book in front of the large window. Plenty of space to stretch out in this condo. New Amazon Fire TV, ready for you to sign in to your favorite streaming app to catch up on what you’ve missed.

Bedroom: Oversized bedroom with 2 queen beds, featuring Nectar mattresses and cozy bedding. Watch your favorite shows on the new 55” Amazon Fire TV. Large dresser and walk in closet available for use during your stay.

Gated community located off Jackson Ave with easy access to Ole Miss campus and historic Oxford Square.

Code required to access parking lot (code to be provided after booking). Dedicated parking spot (labeled with condo number) next to stairs leading up to unit. Unmarked parking is available on first come, first served basis.

Prime location in Oxford with easy access to everything Ole Miss, historic Oxford Square, and the restaurants/ shopping on Jackson Ave. Guests have access to community pool. Free high-speed internet/ Wi-Fi, and TVs in living room and bedroom.
Please watch the noise level as there are other tenants in the building. We recommend keeping noise to a minimum between 10pm and 6am.

Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the condo.
Absolutely NO ILLICIT DRUG USE on the property.

Community gate code will be provided after booking.

You will be issued a temporary pass code prior to check in which will be used to access the condo for your entire stay.

Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a “Normal” cycle prior to departure.

Please use the washcloths labeled “Makeup” to remove all make up and be mindful of using bedding until make up has been removed. White bedding= stains.

Please do not consume food in the bedrooms or outside of the kitchen/ dining area. If you drink beverages in the living room or bedroom areas, please use coasters to prevent damage to the wood furniture. Please promptly clean up any spills to prevent damage/ stains to furnishings.
Please dispose of any used food and bag all trash prior to check out. You may leave bagged garbage at the main trash bin in the kitchen, or dispose of it in the dumpster located behind the building.

Please treat this place as if it were your own. We have worked very hard to make it a nice place your guests and would like to keep it that way
