Comfortable family-friendly condo close to everything on Anna Maria.

We had a great trip. Convenient location, well equipped and comfortable property. Very minor point but in similar properties we have stayed in there was a small welcome pack to include washing up liquid/kitchen and toilet rolls. That weekend have been helpful when arriving very late in the evening.

It was very nice. Upper level people were a bit noisy but our stay was nice.

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean and accommodating for out family of four. The pool was great and the community was quiet and friendly. Would LOVE to come back!

Condo was just perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was in walking distance (beach,grocery,restaurants etc)Appreciated the beach wagon for the chairs & umbrella. Totally enjoyed the screened in balcony and pool.

This is a very nice condo. We really enjoyed staying at Sandy Pointe. Off the beaten path of hustle and bustel of the Island. Nice and quiet. The condo is well maintained and clean! The beach was very close and Publix Grosery Store, CVS, Walgreens and severel shops and resaurants. Robert was great person to work with. If we had questions he aswered us right away.

The condo was very comfortable and welcoming. We loved the location, close to beach and shopping.Communication with the host was excellent.He was very accommodating.We would love to stay there again.

The place was absolutely perfect for us! The pool was steps away & 87 degrees and the beach was a 5 minute walk and everything we needed was available for us (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys, etc). The beach had a bar, restaurant, beach store and live bands every day but the highlight was the AMAZING sunsets - we were there every night! It's close to grocery shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, nature preserves, bars, etc. All this with probably the best host we have ever had - we couldn't recommend it more.

I loved the convenience of this property. Also, pleased with the beach items left in closet for us to use. I would stay here again.

Robert’s place is in a great location. It is 4 blocks from the beach. You can easily walk to some shopping place, a few restaurants and a Publix. I would definitely stay here again.

Little late with review. Place was wonderful, very clean everything was there that was supposed to be. Owners were good at communicating with us. Easy walk to nice beach. It was my daughter and 2 grandchildren so having the Dollar Store, Publix and a few restaurants across the street made it easy for meals everyone got what they wanted. Trying to go back next year.

Family vacation we all stayed close together rented 3 places and rented golf carts to get around to meet up with each other. The place is very clean and nice sleeps 4 easily. The stairs to 2nd floor were challenging two flights up to apt so prepare to get your exercise unloading and loading. Robert the owner was easy to contact and responses time was excellent. Garage use of beach toys had lots of things to take to beach Chairs float .Beaches was quit beautiful Next time wont go on a holiday Memorial week traffic was terrible coming in and going out lots of delays construction and accidents.
